For the last 16 years, Todd and I were inseparable. I’d take him to work, he traveled with me, we’d run errands and in his youth, we’d play fetch for hours. He was always the best cuddler, nobody loved staying in bed all day more than Todd.
I brought him on my first date with Ben, almost 13 years ago. I think it really set the tone. Todd and I came as a pair, he was my boy, we took care of each other.
Nothing in the world made me happier than he did. Over the last few years Todd’s dark patches turned grey, he lost his sight and his hearing, but as long as we were around he was happy. He was the sweetest little old man.
Just over a month ago, a few days after his 18th birthday, we kissed Todd one last time. I love you forever my sweet prince boy. 🤍 2005-2023 by @blakeleeblake
