The last 5 days was so much fun! I traveled to Peoria, Illinois to play in the @pdga Masters World Championships! It was 5 days at two very difficult courses! My goal was to make the finals which I did pretty easily and then my next goal was to make the top 25 and I finished 19th! Hopefully I can make it back next year and get a top 10! It was my best tournament yet and I averaged 24 points over my rating for the week!

Thank you to Nate Heinold and the Professional Disc Golf Association on running a top notch World Championships! With a 1,000 players you guys made it look easy! Thank you to @discraftdiscgolf @rcjulio84 and @teamstampwes for putting me on the @discraftunderground team this year! I have loved it!

Finally thank you @teener221 for supporting me in this and everything else I do! by @blakeshaffer11

Join us Labor Day morning to help raise money for Landon’s Scholarship! We will be at the Kenton Ridge Disc Golf Course from 9am-noon. $10 to play and all money goes to Landon’s Scholarship fund! It will take around 30 minutes to play and we will have discs for you to use! by @blakeshaffer11

I am so excited to share this! I have been working for a year to bring a Disc Golf course to the Kenton Ridge/Northridge/Moorefield Township community. Today we installed 9 baskets at the old KR location! This was done through the donations of The Ricky Wysocki Foundation and LWS Tax & Accounting! It was built at no expense to the school district! If you would like to play hole #1 starts near where you enter the lane to go to the weight room. Currently we have temporary tee pads marked with paint and flags. Over the next two weeks we will install permanent tee pads and course signs! We built the course to be fun for kids, beginners and families! So go grab a disc at Meijer, Walmart, or online and enjoy! Feel free to reach out to me anytime if you have questions. by @blakeshaffer11

As many of you know I picked up Disc Golf in 2020 and it has been so good for me physically and mentally, especially after Landon passed. 2025 was my best year yet! The @pdga keeps a global ranking for people 40-49 years of age and in 2025 out of 14,000 people that qualified I finished the year #1 in Ohio, #20 in the country and #29 in the world! The previous two years I finished #173 and #210 so it was a big jump! Next year I am hoping to crack the top 25! by @blakeshaffer11
