I remember seeing people run at a 4 minute pace a few years back and I thought that was impossible and now we hit a 1:18 half Mara to prepare for a 70.3 triathlon. Wild how if you just stick to something and give it your all anything is possible. #run #runner #fitness #fitnessmotivation #motivationalquotes by @blakey.trains

3 minutes and 30 seconds of our Wedding day through the lense of our Sony Handycam, we wanted our moments to be real and raw, not scripted just authentic. Memories that feel real every time we watch them back. The older we get the more memories mean the world to us, especially with our beautiful families, cherish life it's not forever. Thank you to everyone who was there we love you endlessly. 💖 Mr & Mrs George. #wedding #uluwatu #explorepage✨ #fyp #love by @blakey.trains

Throwback to when I pulled mum for a half marathon, she just had double foot surgery from years of smacking the pavement, running marathons and being a inspiration. It crushed her but she never showed it, she was back in the gym in a double moon boot getting after it day in day out. Mums are special and I'm blessed to have both my mum and mother in law as such big inspirations in my life, they show me no matter what you always push forward and never give in. #fitnessmotivation #running #mentalhealthquotes #runninginspiration #explore by @blakey.trains
You can train your body all you want but you need a strong mind to get you through when you feel like quitting. 🧠 #fitnessmotivation #workout #endurance #fyp #athletemotivation by @blakey.trains
Melbourne half marathon 1:18:49 - 3:43/km Sub 80mins side quest completed ✅ Big confidence booster leading into 70.3, felt amazing and I know there's plenty more in the tank, a few doubts the past few days because the thought of failure was real when you creep into this sort of territory but when you put in the work and stick fat you get what you put in. Thank you to everyone who makes this journey possible it's not a solo mission it's a whole team. Especially my beautiful wife and my amazing coach, @riley.george__ & @jacksaundersau Big thanks to @klearcut & @footlocker_au for always backing me and supporting a kid from the west, and my amazing family and friends for always being there for me when it matters most. Shoot for the moon baby we just getting started. 🚀 #runningmotivation #nike #run #athlete #melbmarathon by @blakey.trains
