🥹😭 introducing BLAKK HEADQUARTERS‼️ somebody PINCH ME, I Bought an Entire HEADQUARTERS! Woww‼️ 3 MILLION Dollar Estate… 2-Story Building… 30 OFFICES… 15 RESTROOMS … A TRAINING ROOM… A CONFERENCE ROOM… An ELEVATOR… 40,000 SQ ft of Warehouse Space… and 4 ACRES OF LAND 🥺😭 … Can’t nobody tell me what GOD Can’t do! @blakksmoke has become the #1 Hookah company in the WORLD. I was just a boy with a DREAM and now my REALITY has far beyond EXCEEDED anything I could’ve DREAMED OF! … I remember praying and trying to figure out a plan and a way that I can strategically sell 5,000 pieces of product that I invested in for inventory… it didn’t even last 3 mins… God said MORE… I’ve now sold OVER 1 MILLION hookah pens AND COUNTING!! This Business literally grow EVERY SINGLE DAY, sooo fast paced, sooo fast growing, my biggest issue has ALWAYS been what I’m sure YOU ALL KNOW is that I’m always SOLD OUT so fast, it’s never that I don’t get “ENOUGH inventory” Naww, I spend millions on inventory at once, it’s just that it STILL isn’t ever enough for the huge DEMAND and millions of customers that grow Non-stop Daily… I didn’t even have enough SPACE for ENOUGH INVENTORY to supply the HUGE DEMAND! … THAT’S why THIS headquarters is SUCH A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT for me… it’s bigger than just having a headquarters… I no longer have a small business, I now have an CORPORATION‼️ and most importantly, I now have the SPACE to SUCCESSFULLY run it! 😢 THANK YALL SO MUCH for the continued SUPPORT, it’s YALL that has @blakksmoke so SUCCESSFUL, I pray you guys continue to SUPPORT ME because now I’ve stepped into another chapter and need you more NOW than EVER, because I’m NOTHING without YALL… So many times I asked myself do I wanna make such a HUGE leap as this, despite the success I’m human and still have doubts/fears just as all of you, BUT I’ve learned if your Goals don’t SCARE YOU then their simply ain’t BIG ENOUGH, and I REFUSE to ever be the one to hold ME Back! 🥹 #Swipe … 🥲 This situation has been exhausting. We will literally take yall with us on our journey to Hong Kong! This is our same Supplier that we started with from the very BEGINNING, our shipment was suppose to arrive a couple days after Blakk Friday and we kept being told that it’s delayed just a couple days, our supplier had us believing it was the shipping company that was delivering it to our warehouse that was a couple days behind, only to find out she NEVER sent our shipment despite receiving that huge payment for it, once we were made aware of this our supplier Blocked Us. We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes to not only resolve this unfortunate situation with China attorneys, but also to satisfy our customers! Attorneys made us aware that our supplier shut down the factory before even receiving our payment, so once she got it she fled! (She has been located)… But, Unfortunately our website is still currently SOLD OUT, Our team still managed to get out so many thousands of orders during this time, simply from the help of Our CUSTOMERS. I have to acknowledge that YALL (our customers) have been so amazing & supportive throughout this time, Yall have been working WITH our fulfillment team & extending patience/grace and even switching some flavors and asking us to please stop canceling/refunding yall orders cause yall rather wait 😭 When we send refunds customers really come back in the emails upset over the refund vs waiting until the new shipment comes, that’s the TESTAMENT of what we’ve built 🦾 Truly can’t do this without YALL! We have one of the best track records for the FASTEST SHIPPING and Greatest Customer Service. so this situation has taken a personal tole on us and everything we stand for! This is one of the the biggest orders we’ve placed because it was during our biggest sale day yet, BLAKK Friday, so just imagine the toll this type of Loss has taken on us Mentally/Financially. But we aren’t built to break, crack under pressure, nor QUIT! We just owed you an APOLOGY, Clarity and understanding. We can only hope & pray that you all can continue to extend us Love, Grace, understanding & SUPPORT during this time 🖤 by @blakk_tatted
