I realize my last post was a bit confusing🙈 I’ve been home in the US since late May🥲 And this week I’ve really been missing the food from Spain where I could eat everything and not get sick or gain weight🤧

I think it hit me a couple of weeks ago that I up and moved to a different continent. Without knowing anyone besides my nephew, not knowing if my apartment was a scam, if my landlord would abduct me, how to navigate a freaking train system!! (Don’t ask me how many times I got lost. I’ve gotten lost in NYC where I understand all of the signage so you can just imagine when it’s in a language I’m not as strong in or worse a different language (Catalan)!) Thankfully Google and TikTok prepared me for a lot but stepping into a foreign country is a complete culture shock.

I freaking did the thing! Excited, scared, anxious, many panic attacks, wide eyed, but I did it and it’ll be one heck of a story to tell for the rest of my life. It was a season where I learned “I can do hard things.” taken in Spain by @blancs44

I miss strolling around Spain and getting lost down random streets🏰

My last week there I was going to a museum but I took a different route and ended up in front of the Banksy museum🤯 You really never know what you’ll find around the corner. I love Banksy’s and I hope you enjoy his work as much as I did😍 taken in Museo Banksy España by @blancs44
