@_raygunn_ There are some people who leave this world, but somehow never leave our hearts. 💔
2018 feels like yesterday and a lifetime ago all at once. I still can’t believe you’re gone, and if I’m being honest, it still hurts. There are so many moments when I wish I could pick up the phone, hear your voice, or just have one more day with you.
I just wish more than anything that you could have been here to meet my daughter, get to know her, watch her grow, love on her, and be a part of her life. I wish she could have known the person behind the name and understood just how special you were to me.
I hope somehow you know that your name is being carried with so much love. You may not be here to watch her grow, but your memory is, and I’ll make sure she always knows where her beautiful name came from.
