Protein Balls made with Koia Protein Shakes

Protein Balls
½ cup nut butter
1/3 cup honey
Approx. 6 oz Koia Protein shake
Combine wet ingredients
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1½ cup protein powder
Combine dry ingredients
Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Add desired amount of Chocolate chips
Roll into balls.
Refrigerate. Enjoy.
Makes 18 - 24 small protein balls

Where it all lives in our home is a matter of convenience. The packages of Maruchan Ramen live in the cabinet. The instant Maruchan Ramen cups are stacked on top of eachother on a low table by the door. It reminds us to grab one for lunch on the way out (in the event there's no time for lunch). There are different kinds and different flavors. Chicken is just the family favorite. I keep them on top for easy access. Next to this box is a box of tuna snack packs with crackers and chicken salad snack packs with crackers. We like having options.

This is the restock that's getting me through September. My daughter Alyssah and I decided to try 7 Brew Coffee. We hesitated previously because of the long line. Today, it didn't look as bad. We both ordered the Smooth 7 with cold foam. It's Irish Cream + White Chocolate Breve. She had hers with oat milk. I had mine with coconut milk. The coffee is smooth and not bitter. It was an enjoyable experience.
