My brother from another mother, Scott Thibault, and I hit one of my favorite sandwich spots for lunch today, Blues City Deli. I had the Italian beef add sweet and hot peppers. He had the Creole Deluxe. Amazing sandwiches and a good atmosphere. Good times with good people. 🤘🏻🔥 @bluescitydeli #blazedandhungry #bluescitydeli #stlfoodie #stlhomegrowers by @blazedandhungry

This is one of the biggest most important presidential elections in our lifetime. We all lived the last three and half years under the Biden/Harris administration. Go grocery shopping, fill up your gas tank, pay your utility bills, and look at your bank accounts. Ask yourself if you were better off under the Trump administration or the last 3.5 years under Kamala and Biden. GET OUT AND VOTE!! 💪🏻🇺🇸Trump/Vance 2024 🇺🇸 #trumpvance2024 #saveamerica #affordableAmerica #voterepublican #maga by @blazedandhungry

Carnivore 💪🏻🥩 Butter Basted Ribeye 💦
Ribeye, Pink Himalayan Salt, Garlic Powder, Grass-Fed Butter. If you not butter basting your steak to put that extra layer of flavor on it, you don't know what your missing!! Don't forget to let your steak rest for 7-10 mins before cutting into it. #carnivorediet #foodismedicine #beatbigpharma #healthylifestyle by @blazedandhungry

Sliced Ribeye, Free Range Eggs, Grass Fed Butter, Celtic Seas Salt, Queso Fresco Cheese, and some Garlic Powder. Saying this was fu*king amazing would be an understatement. But it was!! I even made myself a Ribeye taco out of the sliced Ribeye meat filled with eggs, cheese, and chopped Ribeye meat! It was stupid good. It is cheaper than you think eating carnivore. You don't spend money on all the other junk! I'm also losing weight eating like this!! I'm a happy carnivore!💪🏻🥩🥚🧈🙌🏻 #carnivorediet #healthylifestyle #keepmovingforward #beatbigpharma #foodismedicine #ribeyetacos by @blazedandhungry
