Introducing your 2026-27 CMU Blazers!

History was made. ✍️

Your CMU Blazers cap off the 2025-26 season with a storybook ending.

A week after a heartbreaking loss MCAC Finals loss to Les Rouges, the Blazers came into Minnesota with a vengeance.

The Blazers took care of business in the first round, dominating the FLBC Conquerors by 39.
The following day the Blazers got their revenge from last season’s NIAC championship, steamrolling the Providence Pilots by 27. In the championship your Blazers outclassed the Trinity Bible College Lions, winning by 20.

The Blazers did it shorthanded, with only 10 players travelling to Plymouth for the weekend. Through all that, the Blazers battled through adversity and dug deep, completing the road to gold.

One of the most dominant postseason runs ever, resulted in the first NIAC Championship in program history.

Some Isaiah Araya highlights from last Saturdays win against Briercrest!

The Cookie Monster. 🍪

Isaiah Araya had one of his best defensive games today as a Blazer, finishing with a season-high 10 steals!

The 4th year guard from Miles Mac was a disruptor all game long, whether that meant jumping the passing lanes, or picking someone’s pocket. Opposing guards had to think twice about bringing up the ball against Isaiah.

On the offensive end, Isaiah had another great showing, leading the team with 14 points. Isaiah has been a reliable and consistent scorer for the team this preseason, scoring from beyond the arc and inside the paint.

Great work Zay!
