Let’s go girls, there’s enough room for us all to support one another.

So often, we are inspired by others while diminishing our own impact.

You are inspiring, worthy, and so amazing. So am I.

We can’t forget the, “so am I.”

I solo camp, hike, adventure and more often than not, I’m telling myself that I’m not adventurous enough. While at the same time, women are telling me how I inspire them, how they wish they were brave like me.

Little do they realize, I’ve lost myself in a bad separation and I feel like I’m crawling my way back up the darkest period of my life. Bit by bit, I’m starting to understand, that everyone is right. I’m brave, and so are you.

So let’s go girls. We can do it 💪

I went on a road trip to honor my OG adventure companion, Cherokee. Along the way, I was reminded of all the things that made up who I was and that I could create joy no matter what it was I was doing. Whether it be soaking in a hot springs, driving America’s loneliest highway, eating smoked Klamath salmon, or rockhounding along the beach. I slept along the 101 and in just totally random pull offs. For the first time in a long time, I felt true freedom.

@healingwaterswildheart is like a love letter to myself where I can heal. It weaves and alchemizes like a river itself. I’ve healed thorough soaking in hot springs to calm a worried mind, and I’ve headed through beadwork to calm a hyperactive mind.

Everytime a person, whether it’s a friend or a follower, buys a bracelet, it’s like a drop of rain on a cracked desert floor. It slowly brings flowers, joy, and life back into my life.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here in this journey. I hope you’ll stick around, because there’s plenty of space for all of us.

My whole journey has been about being able to have control over my life. It’s not easy, and would be impossible without the support network I’ve grown along the way. My business will operate with that same spirit.

Stop chasing the next adventure, there is so much worth noticing right where we are. Pause and really feel the awww, the feeling nature is giving you in real time.

The yellow, mineral-rich runoff winding through a mountain creek. The deep greens of an alpine forest. The burgundy, ochre and cream layered across the desert.

Those are the landscapes that inspire me.

Healing Waters, Wild Heart is my way of slowing down long enough to notice a landscape, then turning what I see and feel into something you can carry with you.

A bracelet won’t replace standing beneath the mountains or following a dirt road into the desert. But maybe it can bring you back to that feeling when the landscape feels far away.

You don’t always have to travel farther to find inspiration. Sometimes you just have to pay attention to what’s already here.
