This from the great Tish James (NYers are very lucky to have this brilliant, strong woman be our Atty Gen). And to Louisiana, Alabama and Arkansas, instead of wasting your constituents’ tax dollars on frivolous insane lawsuits why not spend that money on improving education, cause you guys obviously need some.

And, on a side note, Atty Gen James was just appointed Special Prosecutor for the Cornell case by Gov Hochul. Those guys—and every creep who mishandled this case—better start saving for the commissary cause they’re going to jail.

This is beyond horrifying. Truly WTF @cornelluniversity Every one of these men needs to be serving hard time in prison and every person at Cornell who made these decisions (that just expulsion or worse, writing an apology letter is sufficient punishment for gang-raping a young woman ) needs to be fired and sued for millions of dollars. And PS, that Cornell suspended 4 students in 2024 for peacefully protesting the war in Gaza and they got a worse punishment than 5 men who committed a horrific felony? WTH. And that is my amen corner today.

Yes! I co-sign this! If you’re able to, phone bank for them (it’s super easy, actually fun and nobody ever sees your phone number or info) or donate to their campaigns, even if you can only give $1. Everything helps.
