There’s no point mastering a drill, if it doesn’t show up on Friday nights‼️

Today we’re working a second-level hesitation to manipulate the defender before attacking back downhill.

🔑 Step 1: Attack the defender with speed. Make them believe you’re threatening vertically.

🔑 Step 2: Hit a controlled second-level hesitation. The goal isn’t to dance… it’s to make the DB stop his feet and hesitate for just a split second.

🔑 Step 3: The moment the defender opens his hips and commits to running, shut the move down immediately.

🔑 Step 4: Get back negative to the football. Drop your weight, explode out of the break, and attack back downhill with urgency.
