Another day of networking, learning, and gathering insights at @utilityweekliveuk week as an Environmental Sustainability Advocate/Specialist 🌍♻️

It was an amazing experience engaging with industry experts, innovators, and leading brands shaping the future of utilities and environmental sustainability. I especially enjoyed interacting with @esrigram and Ordnance Survey companies whose mapping and spatial data tools have supported my academic projects and professional work over the years.

Grateful for the conversations, insights, and inspiration gained from professionals driving sustainable solutions, digital innovation, and smarter environmental management.

After many months of thinking, planning, adjusting, and procrastinating, I’m happy to share that I took a trip to London — not for a conference, business meeting, or anything career-related. Just for me.

April is gone, and this is me reminding you that you might never have it all figured out or have the “perfect” time.

Sometimes, you just need to go out, have fun, eat plenty (like I did 😅), laugh a little, and create memories.

Life is not only about deadlines, goals, and responsibilities. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to pause and live.

My journey in life has made me realise that it never really ends.
There’s always more to learn, more to do, more to become.

Professional development, growth, becoming better… it’s a continuous cycle.
You go far, you stretch yourself, and somehow it still calls you to do more.

And maybe that’s the beauty of it — there’s no finish line, just growth.

Happy International Women’s Day to every woman out there.💕🫶

You are strong, you are beautiful, and you truly can have it all.

Today, I especially celebrate the sacrifices of motherhood the pain, the tears, the silent struggles, the wounds and the scars that come with giving so much of yourself to nurture life and hold a family together.

I honour every mother for the strength it takes, the love it requires, and the courage it demands every single day.

And above all, I celebrate the most beautiful and irreplaceable person in my life my mother.
