This life isn’t quiet or easy, but it is good.
Every child, every season, every stretch of trust has shaped me in ways I never imagined.

I don’t share this to impress…
I share it to testify.

God is faithful, & His gifts are always intentional. 🤍

“Children are a heritage from the Lord.” ~Psalm 127:3

I used to think something was wrong with me because progress felt slow.

But God has taught me that slow doesn’t mean failing, it often means DEEP work is happening.

If you’re in a season where you’re tired of waiting, unsure, or tempted to quit…

keep showing up.
keep trusting.
God is still at work, even when you can’t see it yet. 🤍

Is anyone else in a season of waiting right now?

I’m a daughter of the King, learning to walk in authority, nourish my body & steward what God has entrusted to me. 💗

Little habits become beautiful harvests. 🌱

What’s one habit you rarely skip?

I thought surviving brain surgery would be the hardest battle I’d ever fight.

It wasn’t.

Just weeks after welcoming our ninth baby, I found myself recovering from a craniotomy.

My body was healing.

My hormones were all over the place.

I was navigating postpartum, seizures, fear of the unknown, & wondering what life would look like next.

I couldn’t control everything that had happened.

But I could choose how I would steward the body God had entrusted to me.

I wasn’t chasing a smaller number on the scale.

I was pursuing the healthiest version of the woman God created me to be.

That journey led me to nourish my body differently. It led me to make changes in my lifestyle. It led me to products that have genuinely blessed my health & my family’s health. Looking back, I can see God’s hand in every step. 🙌

But somewhere along the way...
God showed me something I wasn’t expecting.

The greatest battle wasn’t happening in my body.

It was happening in my mind.

Would I believe fear... or faith?

Would I agree with the lies that whispered,
“You will always struggle.”

“You will never change.”

“This is just your life now.”

Or would I trust the God who knit me together & still works miracles today?

Satan doesn’t just attack our bodies, friends.

He attacks our identity.
He attacks truth.
He attacks our minds.
He attacks our obedience.

Because if he can keep us believing lies, he can keep us living beneath the freedom Christ has already won.

Healing isn’t just about feeling better.

It’s about becoming more like Jesus.

It’s about surrendering EVERY appetite, every fear, every comfort, every habit, & every lie that competes for His Lordship.

Because the greatest miracle isn’t simply living healthier.

It’s becoming more like Jesus!

& sometimes, in His kindness, He heals our bodies along the way.

What are you feeding? 🌱

Yesterday our pastor preached from Romans 6–7, & I couldn’t stop thinking about how this applies to every area of our lives.

We usually think of appetite as food.

But appetite can also look like Comfort.
Control.
Approval.
Scrolling.
Busyness.
Fear.
Sugar.

Whatever we keep feeding eventually begins to lead us.

Yes, food matters.
Movement matters.
Gut health matters.

But so does what we’re feeding in our hearts.

God doesn’t just want us managing symptoms or chasing a number on the scale. He wants us walking in freedom.

Healthy body.
Healthy mind.
Healthy spirit.

Maybe your next breakthrough isn’t found in adding one more thing.

Maybe it starts by asking:

God, what has my appetite?

What is He asking you to surrender this week? 🤍 by @blessed_with_many

With 10 kids, you would think food never has a chance to go bad in our house... but somehow it still does. 😂

Before anyone asks, this isn’t a brand we normally buy. 😊 My 19-year-old brought these pomegranate seeds home from where he interns because they were getting close to going bad, & the people he works with didn’t want them to go to waste.

Seeing them sitting in my fridge got me thinking...

Why is it so easy for healthy food to go bad before we get around to eating it?

Most of the time, it’s not because we don’t care. We buy fruits & vegetables with the best intentions. Then life gets busy. Plans change. We reach for whatever is quick, & before we know it, something we were excited to eat is quietly waiting in the back of the fridge.

Please tell me I’m not the only one. 😂

I thought I was just working out. 💪🏼

Olivia, one of my teens, decided to join me, & before long, Dasha, my 4 year old, came over carrying two cans of soup because she wanted to work out too!! 😂 Then even Ruby, our cat, claimed a spot on the mat like she was part of the team. 💞

I wasn’t trying to teach a lesson, but they were learning anyway.🙌

That’s the thing about motherhood. Our children are always watching how we care for ourselves, how we handle hard things, how we speak, how we pray, & how we keep showing up.

Not perfectly. Just faithfully.

Every choice plants a seed.

I heard something on a podcast today that stopped me in my tracks:

“Reaching our goals usually comes down to two things:

1) Staying Motivated
or…
2) Learning To Be Disciplined.

Usually, it’s the latter.”

That resonated with me because motivation is wonderful.

But motivation comes & goes.

DISCIPLINE is what keeps showing up when the feelings aren’t there.🔥

I’ve realized discipline has never really been my biggest struggle.

I actually thrive on routines, consistency & having a purpose.

What I’ve had to learn is how to keep showing up even when the journey feels quieter than I expected.

To keep planting.🌱

To keep watering.💦

To keep believing God is growing something beneath the surface, even when I can’t see it yet.🙌

A garden doesn’t flourish because someone felt motivated one morning.

It flourishes because someone kept on watering.

Kept pulling them weeds.

Kept protecting the sweet, tender shoots.

Kept showing up long before there was a harvest to celebrate.

I am abundantly grateful for the life God has given me. But contentment doesn’t mean I stop growing, dreaming, serving or using the gifts He has placed in my hands.

Faithfulness often looks ordinary.

One prayer.

One conversation.

One act of obedience.

One seed planted at a time.

Little seeds grow into beautiful harvests. 🌱💐

What is one small act of faithfulness you can choose today, even if you don’t see the harvest yet? by @blessed_with_many

My body had a rhythm I trusted…until it didn’t.

For years, pregnancy, postpartum & recovery followed a familiar pattern. My weight would go up, my body would change, & then little by little, usually around a year postpartum, it would find its way back.

Then I had my tenth baby.

Perimenopause.
Antiseizure medication.
Diastasis recti.
A body that suddenly felt different.

For a while, I wondered if my body was failing me.

But this body has carried ten babies. It has walked through brain surgery, seizures, sleepless nights, stress, hormones, medication & recovery.

Maybe it wasn’t failing me at all.

Maybe it had been faithfully carrying me through every season God allowed.

My worth has never been found in a number on the scale or the size of my clothes. My worth was settled at the cross. 🙌

I care for my health because I want knees that can still run & jump, a back strong enough to lift grandchildren, energy to serve my family & strength to follow wherever God calls me.

I’m not trying to become the woman I was before.

I’m learning to steward the body God has entrusted to me today.

Maybe your body isn’t failing you either. Maybe it is asking for a different kind of care.

Friend, has your body entered a new season that requires you to care for it differently? by @blessed_with_many

🌿 Saturday Coffee Chat ☕️

What’s one thing growing in your garden this year... or something you wish you were growing?

Around here we’re growing tomatoes, basil, rosemary, cilantro, squash, peas, beets, sunflowers, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, pears & even honey from our bees. 🍅🌿🍓🍯

Some things are flourishing. Some are taking their sweet time. Some are being eaten by tiny garden visitors before we ever get a chance. 😂 But I still love watching what our family can grow from little seeds, patient tending & trusting God with the harvest.

What are you growing this year? 🌱

I’m not desperate for anyone’s yes.

People are free to say no, walk away, or decide it isn’t for them. I’m not chasing anyone down.

But I also won’t shrink back from sharing what I know has been a blessing to me & my family.

I know what it feels like to struggle with my health. I know what changed when I started supporting my body differently. I know the difference these products have made in my energy, my blood sugar, my migraines, my allergies, & the way I’m able to show up for my family.

So no, I’m not begging anyone to believe me.

I’m simply holding out what helped me.

Because sometimes people say no before they really understand what they’re walking away from.

God brought this into my life as a blessing, & I’ll keep sharing it with confidence, open hands, & zero pressure.

The right people won’t need to be chased. They’ll recognize the seed when it’s theirs to plant. 🌱
