The best advice I could give is to just walk around and exist. One of the first days landing somewhere new, just explore and walk around. Everytime I did that, it felt like the most magical adventure 🤍

Sometimes rest days feel weird in my opinion so I’ll hit the gym but focus on form and do lighter weights than I would usually do!
