I have celebrated you as a man of God, husband, father, brother, and friend, and I will continue to. But today I want to celebrate the professional man you are.

You’ve been a Registered Nurse for over half a decade, working in emergency trauma (accidents and wounds) serving our county, communities, families, and everyone you’ve had the privilege to meet. I say privilege because you always remind me that it is a privilege to serve.

I’ve seen firsthand how passionate, caring, and prayeful you are with each and every patient. I joke about being jealous of “you and your patients’ relative business,” but I’ve also seen the long, hard night shifts, the personal follow‑ups at the expense of your own time and resources, and the grief you carry when patients are lost, especially the children who died from preventable burns. I could go on and on.

I thank God for you, and the blessing you are. I pray God continues to keep and protect your heart.

Happy Blessed Birthday SIR 🙇🏽‍♀️ 🎉🎂🎊❤️

I usually sit down to write my thoughts before sharing. I have tried countless times on this occasion, but all I can come up with is: What A Faithful God.

As a perfectionist, always wanting to know the plan, what’s next, you always say with such confidence and ease, “Baby love, God will make a way.” And He does, over and over again.
