Yesterday after work, I was tired & hungry... The only remedy I could come up with was to conjure up my Ramen bowl spirits: chicken & beef broth, red onions, jalapeños, boiled eggs & some sauteed beef sausage!!! Needless to say, this took care of 1 of my ailing issues! 😏🤣#fwminthiskitchen by @blessuallah

I ain't even gonna lie... I hadn't made anything with stuffing for a long minute, but it came to me last night to whip up this garlic herb stuffing with red onions & jalapeños to go along with the lemon & lime pepper salmon! Last night... I had a few pieces of Coho salmon & bag of potatoes!!! You know I jumped my tail up in mi cocina & got to working! Then, just for a little flair, I whipped up a creamy sauce to smother all that goodness with! On any day that ends with a "Y", it's mandatory that you #fwminthiskitchen by @blessuallah

Last night, I got to feeling myself & took that energy up in my cocina!... What came out... Garlic herb/lime pepper salmon over vegetable chow mein with carrots, peas, string beans & red onion! About last night...I was in a mood to be on my McFatty stuff; sooo... I fried up a batch of drumsticks almost to perfection & then whipped up this tuna pasta with rotini, red onions, jalapeño, mayo, ranch, & chipotle sauce! You can't beat me, so you might as well join me & #fwminthiskitchen by @blessuallah

When I get up & whip my own marinade up for this pack of tenders: canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, caramelized onion butter seasoning, parsley flakes, Sazon tropical & lime pepper!!! I slept so well last night & woke up ready to make this a great Sunday! Then, I strolled on up en mi cocina, & what came out was this: fried egg, turkey bacon & colby jack cheese biscuits!!! On a cool Thursday evening, I got in the mood to grill up a few breasts & throw em on top of cheesy garlic Texas toast with a big side of jasmine rice cooked on chicken broth with a few red onions & jalapeños & then topped that off with creamy queso sauce!
