It is our personal gateway cheese that opened the flood gates to the cheese world decades ago so truly a special cheese to us! 🤗😍🥰 Also the very first American produced cheese to reign as the champion at the World’s Cheese Awards. ✨🥇🧀 A really, REALLY big deal, y’all!

We will be CLOSED for the cheese and coffee pairing from 10am-12pm tomorrow, Sunday Sept 27th. If you didn’t purchase tickets in advance, you cannot get entry. 330 Main and Bleu Fox Cheese Shop are hosting a Cheese and Coffee Pairing at 330 Main, with five cheeses matched to five coffees from New Wave Coffee.

Sunday, September 27

10:00 - Noon

$40 per person

Tickets are limited, and Friday is the last day to grab one.

You will taste five cheeses with five coffees, snack on crackers and fruit between rounds, and wrap it with a coffee and cheese creation. Relaxed, casual, and easy.

Come curious. Leave knowing your coffee and cheese a little better.
