My grandma is refugee from a Cambodia that has survived arduous labor camps, land mine fields, fleeing through the jungle on foot, etc. She lived with sleep issues and chronic pain in her knees and feet before we began our regular sessions.

I am SO grateful to be able to bring healing to such a strong and joyful woman that survived so much, so that I could be here today!

rainy harvard days…

10 years later and it somehow looks completely the same. rainbow chairs on the yard. tourists still touching the statue piss foot. the ominous Hogwarts-style Annenberg hall.

the main difference is our Tyler isn’t here to catch eevees in Harvard Yard, make us laugh until we double over, or blast SuperDuperKyle from your room at ungodly hours of the night.

it was quite hard walking old stomping grounds again, literally a decade on the dot from when you became an angel in Heaven. the rain was both cleansing and somber.
