I hiked from the bottom of Cheyenne Mountain Canyon to the top of Mount Muscoco when the whole road was closed off due to the water rushing so heavily that it ripped off a piece of the road! They got the road fixed away sooner than I thought and I also procrastinated really hard on making this video. but…. Here it is anyways! And it is just part one because I am trying to keep my videos under two minutes here. i hope you all like it though!

✨ i almost can’t believe i was scared to leave the country alone. from the moment i landed, i’ve been divinely protected, held, and spoiled. i knew i couldn’t turn 30 in the states. this island called my soul.

overflowing with feminine energy, st lucia, the only country named after a woman. the perfect place to soften, to trust myself, and blossom into lifes next chapter.

this exploration has been powerful and majestic. it mirrors everything i’ve been building back home and deepens my desire to create healing spaces in nature for women.. i didn’t come here searching for anything specific, but what i’ve found has made me feel loved, supported, and guided in ways i didn’t know i needed. it’s dissolving every limit i placed on myself. it proves time and time again i need TRUST. MYSELF. and follow my heart.

so this is 30. they tried to scare us into fearing age, but honestly… with age comes more magic. more growth. more wisdom. more stability. more softness. more sexiness. it really does get better.

Happy birthday to myself. I’ve been through a lot, and i’m happy to say.. im just i’m happy to be alive.

big shout out to these amazing people of the Island - @umpa_music, @fathernatureadventures758, @amazonaadventures - thank you guys for showing me the island in a way that only locals can experience. It’s literally everything I dreamed of and asked for and thanks to you guys. I have had the most amazing time and i’m absolutely in LOVE with your island! so much blessings, can’t wait to show yall Colorado in my own tour guide way! ahhhh!!!

guau, spending the entire afternoon in mexico. sunrise on the beach, eating delicious tacos, exploring la zona romántica, window shopping & grabbing coffee. then having a smooooth travel home. and getting your favorite veggie pho on the way home to a beautiful evening under the colorado moooon?!!! YESSS PLEASE.

i absolutely LOVEEEE Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. and i found the best latte i’ve had throughout a lot of my travels. shout out to @onosbowls for the yummy coffee! ☕️

i didn’t know much about Puerto Vallarta before i came, but i was pleasantly pleasantly surprised to find out how queeeeeer it is!! it felt so inviting and accepting. me and my homegirls had a blastttttt. and it’s SOOOO. BEAUTIFUL. with real dope people.

your dream girl gang is out here waiting for youuuu to take a chance, trust yourself, and SAY YESSSS.

it’s such a blessing to gather women from all over.. to watch them turn from strangers to homies, creating memories and sharing meals.

days like this make my heart sooooo warm. we started early, explored Bishops Castle. then went down the highway and found the perfect campground to heat up & enjoy our chili. community style. then we headed to skyline drive in Canon City to watch the sunset, and the moon rise. we danced and played as the stars shimmered into view one by one. IT WAS SUCH A GOOD DAY.

AND NOW…. i’m thinking we do it again. jungle style. cause i LOVE costa rica. and the growth that happens in your heart… i need to experience it with YALLLLL.

rocky mountain national park is the perfect place to go and enjoy the beautiful autumn of colorado!!

this time last year i packed up my stove, my favorite blanket, and my tripod among other things to drive a few hours from colorado springs to enjoy LEAF PEEPING SEASON!!

can’t always wait for someone to come with. the leaves will be gone before you know it… so go peep them! find safe, populated areas. stay aware of your surroundings. use alltrails to track your trails & see reviews. let ppl know where you’re going!

and then goooo see the world!!

stop letting things hold you back. you deserve a good life and a lil day trip.

BISHOPS CATSLE
rye, colorado
just an hour & a half away from co springs!!

fall will be here shortly and i have the PERFECT day trip for you. bishops castle. this is an incredible, one man masterpiece. it’s one of the largest physical projects ever to be completed by a single person! this man really built himself a whole castle up in the mountains. it’s free to enter, but they accept donations and also have a cute little gift shop.

not much else is nearby soooo pack up your cooler and your friends and have lunch nearby at the lake or the campgrounds by the lake!
