Check out the line-up for Goat Major's "Death Comes Twice" album launch show at Haverhub!

@gabeisaunit @barrowriffs @blightofficial_

GABE IS A UNIT: A destructive trio from West Wales indebted to forward-thinking punk and grunge as much as blues rock and stoner metal.

BARROW: A four-piece hailing from the South of England, a stone's throw from the towering mossy henges and beech-laden barrow tombs that inspired their name. Delivering fuzzy psychedelia-laced riffs, soaring folk-inspired vocals, driving bass lines and eerie intricate guitar parts, Barrow will leave you feeling melancholic and disquieted. Music for barrow lurkers, bridge dwellers and stone worshipers of all lands.

BLIGHT: Stoner/doom inspired youngsters from Pembrokeshire.

Tickets available now at www.haverhub.org.uk

If you are interested in becoming the vocalist for our local, active stoner doom metal band please send us a message.

This is a great opportunity to take part in gigs on stage and record original songs in studios

We are in grave need of someone to sing for our original music, and covering bands (like Black Sabbath), if you or someone you know is interested in this role send a message to this account.

Ages 16-19 preferably!

Making more room for metal in Pembrokeshire.

For Blaire and Gwynne, setting up a recent gig at The Jam Cellar got them thinking: they had the experience, the equipment and the drive. Why not start putting on the shows they wanted to go to?

Enter Black Sea Promotions, with plans for regular rock and metal gigs that bring local bands and visiting acts together in Pembrokeshire.

We sat down with Blaire, Gwynne and Emily to talk about the scene they remember, the younger audiences coming through, and how Pendraig Studios connects with their ambitions to help musicians move from rehearsal room to stage.

Their first Black Sea show, Hell in the Cellar 2, brings The Cartographer to The Jam Cellar in Milford Haven on 26 September.
