What a great day to enjoy some baseball with all my Yoopers people and MTU alumni! Of course I had to take photos with some of my friends. Love going to baseball games. Thanks again @fangandwhiffer!

Working on my sun tan while celebrating Whiffer’s birthday! Had fun playing kickball with the Pack. Thanks for having me! Here are some of my highlights!

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

My name is Duncan McBride, and I’ve been honored to be Blizzard since Fall 2023. My time on the team has been one of the best parts of my Tech journey. I’ll never forget that last-minute trip to Ohio, the cold night air of a Husky Howl event, or the energy of a rivalry game with NMU. But what really made my time as Blizzard special was the countless interactions I had with students and community members, as I attempted to inject a bit more whimsy into their day. I’ve also had the joy of integrating my hobby into the job by photographing my teammates while handling, which has been an incredible opportunity.

I owe two people my deepest thanks:
First, thank you @stephanogillmano for mentoring me and supporting me as I grew to know the team. Your encouragement was deeply impactful. Second, thank you @andiekozakiewicz for being an amazing leader and an even better friend.

And of course, thank you, the community of Michigan Tech, for making what we do so enjoyable! by @blizzardthusky85

Congratulations fellow graduates of 2026!

My name is Mason Krause and I have been a proud blizzard since Spring 2024. My memories of all of the events I have done over the years are truly special to me and undoubtedly unique. From what may be the first Blizzard drum solo, to one of the hardest ((accidental)) hits Blizzard has ever given Willy Wildcat, and perhaps the worst catch in MTU hockey history (look closely 😔).

Tech is a truly special campus and a one of a kind community, and I’m immensely proud to have been a part of this school’s spirit!

@blizzardthusky85 came to get some turns in @montripley today. The sun was shining and the groomers were fresh! Only a few weekends left to ski this season, don’t miss out! #skimontripley #michigantechnologicaluniversity #montripley #thinksnow taken in Mont Ripley by @blizzardthusky85

How’s everyone’s Spring Break going? This is how mine started…

I had the honor to go to @gamblershockey arena to celebrate Ace’s birthday! I ran into some old and new friends while down there. Let’s hope I don’t go to the dark side… by @blizzardthusky85

Will Blizzard T. Husky be at the start of the 2026 CopperDog in Calumet this coming February 27th?? Well, what's one more dog?

There is only one way to find out... Be there or be square!

#MichiganTech would like to wish a very happy birthday to our beloved Blizzard T. Husky! Today, Blizzard turns 29, and we made sure they had a cake to celebrate (don’t worry, we stayed away from chocolate) 🎂🎈

Make sure you wish Blizz a happy birthday next time you see them at a hockey game, charity event, or just hanging out around campus! taken in Michigan Technological University by @blizzardthusky85
