Plot twist: fashion was never just about clothes. Your brain and society have been styling you too😂

I think we really underestimate how much our clothes are doing. 😂
Because sometimes, you’re not just choosing an outfit — you’re choosing how you want to be perceived.
And somehow, psychology and society are always involved. 😭
Fashion is actually funny when you think about it.

The past week has been really something for me: from a broken screen to staying a whole week without light to struggling with my internal cringe at visibility to staying sane at my job

At some point, I really wanted to cry as much as I felt like laughing

I managed to survive trying to stay consistent here while my job almost takes me out 🤧and well, that has proven to be not the easiest. But then again, I am familiar with pressure.

I will cry, dust myself up again and hit record again because I know my "Why"

I have a problem: my problem solving tendencies and that was why I started the African Fashion Stories With Blizzfeva (AFSWB)

And yeah, I'm not stopping anytime soon.
Strategies may change, presentation may vary but AFSWB has come to stay and I hope you stay too🙃✨️✨️

One of the things that amazes me so much about fashion is the transformative power it holds.

The diversity and psychological effects of fashion is what I'm here to bring to your notice

This is why I'm building this community, the thinking side of fashion

Did I mention how my 6 year-old niece and 8 year-old nephew would use their mum's phone to love (multiple times thinking it'd score me more points if they did it multiple times😂) and save my videos?

I don't even know how they picked up the habit, but I just managed to find out they did that with every single video of mine

It's even how happy they are to rewatch my videos and ask me the most ridiculous questions, make remarks like saying I act like an actress or the "I saw you in our mummy's phone" moment star ✨️✨️🥹
The spark in their eyes each time they saw me on the screen has always been the most priceless thing ever.

So yeah, I struggled this past week to find purpose to continue and remembered these children's faith in me and how proud of their aunt they were and yeah, I dusted my camera and tripod and hit "record"!

Do I Hate Alte fashion?

Definitely not!

My point has always been the cohesiveness of fashion from a professional standpoint
