Turns out timing markets is a lot like trusting Matilda in a downhill tandem bike race.

In theory it sounds smart.

In practice…

you might just end up upside down in the middle of San Francisco while other cyclists ride past you like you’re a pothole. 🚴‍♂️

Anyway.

There is actual math behind why waiting for rates doesn’t always make homes cheaper.

But I figured it would be more fun to explain that while emotionally recovering from a romantic bicycle accident.
