@blkchessman @sandiegochess @jamess_burnss @jarrett_u Jarret was teaching two women the game and collecting wins while he was at it. 😂♟️ I’m watching like… alright, somebody gotta step in. So M.E. sat down. 😂 Watching the body language change as the game went on might be my favorite part. Arms crossed ➡️ leaning in ➡️ head in hand like “how did we get here?” 😭😂 BODIED. ♟️ First James. Then Jarret. Two J’s in one night is crazy work. 😂😂♟️ But it was all competition, laughs and love. That’s what made the night dope — compete with people, learn from people, and help somebody else learn the game. 6–1–1 on the night. ♟️ #coalitionforcommunityelevation #BalboaPark #SanDiegoChess #ChessLife #NotApologetic by @blkchessman
@blkchessman @sandiegochess @_goldblooded @mookieakakitty @jarrett_u @jamess_burnss Walked into Balboa Park just looking to enjoy some chess… ♟️ 15 seconds later James walks up: “You wanna play?” 10 seconds after we sat down, he looked at M.E… then looked around like, “Damn… I might’ve fucked up.” 😂😂😂 Too late now, James. ♟️ One board turned into another… and another… finished the night 6–1–1. 😮‍💨♟️ But the best part wasn’t the record. I got to sit down and teach two other people the game too. That’s chess. Compete. Learn. Teach. Elevate. ♟️ #Chess #BalboaPark #coalitionforcommunityelevation #ChessLife #NotApologetic by @blkchessman
