We are asking folks to PACK THE COURT for #DelrawnSmall — Delrawn was murdered by off-duty NYPD Officer Isaac Hayes on July 4, 2016 in an incident of road rage. The officer lied for nearly a week that Delrawn attacked him - video later proved this was not true. We are asking folks to show up for support and honoring of Delrawn’s life. #BlackLivesMatter by @blmnyc

Elle Hearns is a fierce leader in the movement for Black liberation. She is super family, and we are so proud of her for being so damn bold.

You can #SWIPEITFORWARD everyday! Not only is it the right thing to do — IT'S LEGAL! Here's how to resist everyday 👆🏽

REAL NYrs #SWIPEITFORWARD — Wednesday, 9/27 • In order to apply pressure to the MTA, the call for a citywide day of action is to actively apply pressure to the MTA Board Meeting which takes place from 9am to 10:30am at 2 Broadway, NYC.

• 92% of the arrests for fare evasion were of Black & Brown people .
• Hunting down fare beaters is the #1 job of the NYPD this year .
• NYC spent $50MILL arresting people for hopping the turnstile. It's CHEAPER to give those people free metrocards .
• This practice puts 300,000 immigrants at risk of deportation . • The targeting of poor communities is a true crime. No one should be arrested for not having $2.75! -

REAL NEW YORKERS #SWIPEITFORWARD! We demand an end to the predatory tactics of the NYPD, who targets poor communities. • 92% of those arrested are Black & Brown • 300,000 immigrants are at risk of deportation because of these tactics • NYC spends $50+ MILLION/yr arresting people for fare evasion. It would be CHEAPER to give away free metrocards .
We are raising $500 for the next day of action. Link in bio. If you see someone, help someone. ✊🏾
