My first HYROX race in the books - 1h 33min 8sec 🥹🧡

I don’t think I’ll ever find the right words for what this day meant to me..
For weeks, maybe even months, I carried so much respect for this race. I knew it would challenge me. I knew it would hurt. And standing on that start line, I was terrified.

This race brought me to my limits. More than once.

There were moments when I found myself wishing the running laps were longer. Not because running felt easy, but because those few minutes gave me a chance to catch my breath, reset and prepare for whatever station was waiting next.
But not once did I think about quitting.
Every station hurt. But with every step, I proved something to myself.

And hearing people cheer, seeing familiar faces, feeling the support around me. It gave me goosebumps and reminded me that I wasn’t doing this alone.

To my @runninkclub fam, my friends and everyone who took a second out of their day to support me.. thank you 😭💜
You probably don’t even realize how much your words meant in those moments. But they meant everything.
This race taught me that courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s showing up despite it.

I crossed the finish line, but this day was never just about me.
It was about every person who believed in me, supported me and reminded me why I started 🫶✨ by @blntamara

I DID IT! 💥🥹
I ran a marathon!!! 42,195 km!  I’m still trying to process what just happened.
This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Physically und mentally.
I’ve never felt so empty and so full at the same time.
Tears, pain, pride .. all at once.
I completely zoned out in the final kilometers. It was just me against myself. Less than 1% of the world will ever finish a marathon. Yesterday I became one of them.
I’ll carry this moment with me for the rest of my life. I’m so proud of myself 🫶
