Philly Tech Entrepreneurs is back, and the momentum is real. Last month we relaunched as an official Audiotool NEXUS Satellite Meetup at Blockspace Philly, and the room delivered.

Nearly 70 people came by as the Audiotool team presented their new NEXUS platform live, and we had a DJ and live music going all night. The response from the community was incredible. Now we’re keeping the energy going.

Here’s what’s coming up:

Fri, Sep 25 · Founder Junto Coworking hosted by Philadelphia Tech Entrepreneurs 12–5 PM
· Blockspace Philly, 215 S Broad St Free coworking with Philly founders. No agenda, no schedule. Bring whatever you’re building and get heads-down next to people doing the same.

Material. Density. Spark.

Late one night around a fire in Stone Harbor, Chris Crimi, my co-founder of Ship Systems and partner at Panga, explained how growth actually works.

There’s linear growth, where what you put in is roughly what you get out.

Then there are power laws. For a long time you put in effort and energy and almost nothing happens. Then it takes off and compounds.

Wildfires work the same way. They need material, they need that material packed close together, and they need a spark.

Look around a room full of founders, builders and people who care about what they’re making, and the material is already there. As Chris put it: “We can spread our ideas like wildfires spread energy, and put ourselves on the map!”

So here’s how we’re spending the last weekend of September:

🔥 Fri, Sep 25 · Founder Junto Coworking

Founder Junto #1 is in the books.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Blockspace Philly.

A room full of founders, heads down, getting real work done. Exactly what we were going for.

And.... We’re running it back!

· Friday, September 25
· 12 to 5PM
· Blockspace Philly Community Coworking

A third space for founders, creatives, and engineers. No agenda. No
schedule. Just founders coworking.

Show up and work. Bring whatever you’ve got going — code to ship, an
idea to sketch, a startup to push forward. Find a spot, go heads-down,
and put in real work alongside other people doing the same.

Good company, no pressure, actual work getting done.

(The name is a nod to the Junto, the club Franklin started in Philly back
in 1727, where tradesmen and thinkers met to sharpen one another. Same
spirit, different tools.)

Free to attend, but the room only holds so many. Grab a seat while they
last:

Last Friday we hosted Philly’s first Gen Audio × Tech meetup, PTE x Audiotool NEXUS, and it exceeded every expectation.

Nearly 60 people came out to explore what’s happening at the intersection of generative audio, AI, and music tech.

Massive thanks to Andreas Jacobi and Mirta Gilson from Audiotool for joining us all the way from Germany to show our developer community what’s possible on their NEXUS platform, with a live DJ set running the whole night to boot.

And to the team that made it run: Aryan Katragadda, Isayah Young-Burke, Randall Spence, Nolan Makatche and Liam Fitzgerald.

Shoutout also to Rithik Kundu, Grace Francisco and Dave Schneider for the early pushes that got this off the ground.

This is just the beginning. We’re building Philly’s third space for founders, and there’s a lot more coming.

Next up, and you don’t have to wait long:

Founder Junto Coworking, Tuesday 8/25 from 12 to 5 PM.
Location: Blockspace Philly

A third space for founders, creatives, and engineers to cowork and collaborate in a low-pressure environment. No agenda, no schedule, free coworking.

Just show up and work. RSVP to secure your spot while you still can.

Tonight’s the night. Philly Tech Entrepreneurs is back, and this is the energy we’re bringing.

Today we officially relaunch as an Audiotool Satellite Meetup, kicking it off with a night built around community, music, and where AI-powered creativity goes next.

Forget the conference format and the keynote marathons. This is just founders, developers, designers, researchers, creators, and startup people back in one room together.

We’ll be unveiling Audiotool NEXUS, giving you a first look at the August 23 NEXUS Hackathon, and sharing what’s ahead for the developer workshops. And of course, live music.

Over 50 people have already signed up and only a few spots left. We’re close to maxed out, so RSVP ASAP before we’re full.

Tonight, Friday, August 14, 2026, 6:00 to 9:00 PM EDT
Blockspace Philly Community Coworking, 215 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA
RSVP here: https://www.meetup.com/philadelphia-entrepreneur/events/315894876/

Doors open in a few hours. Swing by and reconnect with Philly’s startup scene.

Big thanks to Audiotool, Aryan Katragadda, Isayah Young-Burke, Randall Spence, Liam Fitzgerald, FACTORY GTM, Ship Systems, and Nolan Makatche for making this happen! taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @nol_mak

This Friday, a big chunk of Philly’s builders and creatives are in one room.

With a DJ, house music, and live performances from musicians running most of the night.

Philly Tech Entrepreneurs is back, now as an official Audiotool Satellite Meetup. Simple idea: get the people making things in this city into one room for a few hours. Founders, developers, designers, musicians, artists, researchers, producers.

You don’t need to be in music tech, or in tech at all. If you make things, this is for you.

The music runs all night, so it feels less like a networking event and more like an actual Friday. There’s a quiet space if you want to sit down and work or collab on something. And games, if you’d rather skip the “so what do you do” part.

Friday, August 14
6-9 PM
Blockspace Philly Community Coworking, 215 S Broad St

Space is limited and RSVPs are moving FAST, so grab a spot if you’re planning to come: https://www.meetup.com/philadelphia-entrepreneur/events/315894876/
