✨ A monumental birthday called for a monumental celebration…gathering a crew to jump out of a plane!

Almost a minute of freefall, the longest in the Northeast. The rush was wild, the views breathtaking, the freedom unforgettable. 🌍💨
It wasn’t my first skydive (that was over 20 years ago!) But this time was different. I leapt after a year of living from the heart, with brave friends who said yes to celebrating by leaping with me.

The day before, fear and pain tried to stop me. My mind spiraled. My body protested. I could have backed down.

Instead, I leaned in. I breathed, I prayed, I trusted, and I showed up — for myself and the incredible people who gathered with me.

This was more than a skydive. It was an initiation, a celebration, and a reminder:

💜 Fear doesn’t get to write the story.
💜 The heart always knows the way.
💜 Freedom comes from within.
💜 We are limitless.

Huge thanks to @skydive_theranch and all the amazing guides who dove with us, especially my tandem guide, Rob. Couldn’t have asked for better, more caring people to fly with our crew. 🙏

To my friends who jumped, and those who cheered, your courage, laughter, and love made this birthday unforgettable. 💜

Here’s to freedom, to dreams, and to this next chapter. 🌕✨

Who knew a block of wood could create such exquisite relief? 🤍

There is something so powerful about giving the body the right support, the right amount of time, and the space to soften.

I was so full after my recent Hips & Twists class, all hugged up and beaming from the beautiful words from those who had joined.

The shifts can be so immediate:

More space.
More ease.
More connection.
More embodiment.

Using the block, breath, and mindful movements, we explored the hips, and those places where the body has learned to hold and protect. No forcing, just creating space for the letting go to happen naturally.

I’m so excited to continue sharing this practice in our beautiful Hudson Valley communities. 🤍

📍@ascensionyogany — Mondays at 6:15 PM
📍@rhinebeckyoga — Thursdays at 5:00 PM

Come as you are. 🤍

I’m realizing I never really shared this part 🤍

Over the past few weeks I stretched myself in a pretty big way and recorded a session for the Stronger Than Ever Summit.

It felt vulnerable, exciting, and honestly a little surreal seeing myself step into sharing my work with fascia + breath in a bigger way.

My session is called:

“Why Your Body Still Feels Tight—Even When You’re Doing Everything Right”

It comes from something I had to learn through my own body first.

If you’d like to join me on June 10 or just see what I’ve been up to lately, I’d love to have you there 🤍

A pattern I keep seeing in active women, and in my own body, is this:

everything looks “right”… but the body still feels tight.

For a long time, I thought tightness meant I just needed to stretch more, do more, fix more.

But in my work with the body, I’ve found something different happening.

Sometimes what we feel as “tightness” is actually compression.

And a compressed body responds very differently when it’s given space, breath, and support instead of more force.

I’ll be sharing this inside the Stronger Than Ever Summit (June 10–12), a free online event for active women exploring strength, recovery, and nervous system health.

My session is called:
“Why Your Body Still Feels Tight—Even When You’re Doing Everything Right”

I’ll be guiding a simple embodied experience using breath and gentle support so you can feel what shifts in real time.

There are 18 practitioners sharing grounded, practical tools across movement, recovery, hormones, gut health, strength, and regulation.

If this speaks to you, I’d love to have you there.
