Toutatis peak and Efteling really is that good. Also driving in the UK was the single hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my entire life. Sorry for the Flipzeria discourse, the six flags follows me wherever I go. Very excited for Bakunawa, hence the shirt ofc. Looking forward to the future. It’s been a minute! I’ve been super busy with a LOT of major life things lately, but had some time to plan a trip and actually, finally, get out to a couple of parks I’ve been wanting to for a while now! I hit my 500th credit on Expedition GeForce, which is kind of silly after getting 400th on another orange coaster with a twisted drop. =)

The ops there were so kind and friendly, and even took a really cool photo of us by literally kneeling on the track in front of the train!! It meant a lot to hit this milestone with some of the people I am closest to, so thank you for showing up for me guys =,)

Europa park was next, which is a GORGEOUS park! Every ride was just plain fun!! There’s so much to do here that it definitely is a multi day park if you’d like to experience everything beyond just the coasters (and you should!!) The cooler weather was definitely in our favor and kept crowds low without shutting down anything!

And VOLTRON?!?! what an innovation!! I’m really hoping we get to see more manufacturers get funky with it, cos creativity is what keeps this industry alive and breathing and I can only hope to see more unique rides like Voltron show up!

Europa does a lot of what my favorite part about Epic universe is but to the MAX. The nature there is just gorgeous, I love the idea of PARK!! In theme park and that was truly the reality of most of the parks we had visited, especially at Tripsdrill the next day.

Vekoma, please keep doing every single thing you are doing because we rode SO MANY on this trip and not one disappointed!!! Inverting on a new-gen Vekoma Suspended Thrill Coaster is a wild feeling! Tripsdrill also was where I really started ordering the first of many Nutella crepes, and where I got a little confidence boost in my German-speaking abilities, haha. I rode my first ever butterfly while on the way to Phantasialand, too!!

I’ve never been the biggest fan of the B&M invert model, despite Montu being my favorite B&M overall, so when I say I really loved Black Mamba I mean it! There just isn’t a bad ride at this park at all. by @blockbrakes

Kingda Ka,

Thank you for being my 100th coaster, for being the first ever coaster I’ve ever had the joy of learning how to operate, for being what you were for El Toro, for being what you were for all of us. Something truly remarkable, a marvel of engineering with a soul entirely unique and lovable. Six Flags Great Adventure is an endless summer break, senior week incarnate, because of the souls within these rides. The countless emotional energy that surrounds not just this coaster, but every coaster, is what truly is so alluring about theme parks. Millions and millions of memories across decades of generations all converge over the same points because of these coasters, tethering every single last rider not only to the ride itself, but to one another. These invisible strings weave a web of joy, fear, adrenaline, anticipation, curiosity—the very essence of what makes us all human. I don’t believe there is anything quite like the atmosphere of a theme park, something so raw and real and genuine, born from nothing more than the desire to create a place that’s only purpose is to bring happiness to anyone and everyone who shows up to its gates.

Long live the King
