Sunday felt like a dream (maybe a fever dream). It was jam packed, exhausting, inspiring and so freaking LIFE-GIVING.

Ohhhh my sweet, sweet husband (who is so very *not* into vintage)

When I saw this French workwear chore coat style jacket at @fishermansdaughtervintage it was an instant, absolute, full body yes.

An investment piece. One that is truly one of a kind. And one that I have worn the heck out of since getting and will continue to use to do so for many many years.

Who else is a sucker for a good bleach spot and careful mends?

Ps the birds you can subtly hear in the background are what I got to enjoy while making this. Spring is so special ♥️

Didn’t expect to fall in love with a chair…but here we are. It’s the little details and the fact that over 100 years old and she is still perfectly functional (and an interior design dream).

This antique press back is sturdy and so lovely. Someone scoop her up before I bring her back home! You can find her upstairs in my little shop at @the.vintage.industry in Springfield!

I pictured her in my bedroom with a few of my books from my TBR pile, perhaps a candle on top, and a vintage cap hanging on the side.
