I'm back! More than 8 years from my last post here on IG, it's been a long journey 😅 where, in a few points: I've just achieved my 800th credit a few weeks ago, visited a lot of new countries around Europe, Asia or USA and even I've done a very strange park in the far Turkish area of Cyprus. I'll try again that social playground, think it deserves a second chance ☺️✨️

This is the interesting "Nid des Marsupilamis", a Rollerball coaster found at Parc Spirou (France).
🎢 This model from RES Rides is one of the more recent additions to the market over the last decade; it has seen moderate success while also sparking some debate regarding its versatility, the ride experience that offers and its capacity numbers.
☝🏻Nid des Marsupilamis rises to an impressive 28.5 m. (93.5 ft) height, sending riders along a track that allows for free-spinning movement, although it's less aggressive than the motion found on Intamin’s equally controversial ZacSpin model.
🤔 While comparisons can be unhelpful, the RES Rides Rollerball delivers an intense yet controlled experience, sitting right on the threshold between a family-friendly credit and one that demands a higher tolerance for adrenaline.

Here is the truly impressive Fianna Force at Emerald Park (Ireland).
🎢 Having experienced the incredible "suspended thrill coaster + family boomerang" combo that Vekoma designed for Erlebnispark Tripsdrill, I thought that near-perfect combination would be hard to beat in terms of layout design. Yet, just four years later, this remote Irish park issued the same challenge to the Dutch company and, almost magically, they delivered another magnificent example of those combined coaster layouts.
☝🏻 Fianna Force winds its way smoothly yet untamed, offering to the adventurous riders a 'premium' catalogue of elements, forces and inversions, establishing itself as the trully queen of the park.

This is the spectacular Diamondback at Kings Island. While the ride's most iconic feature is its refreshing final splashdown, it's worth paying attention to the layout, which proves to be a pleasant surprise.
🎢 With a masterful combination of high-altitude camelbacks (guaranteeing a series of floating airtimes) and a perfectly calculated sequence of curves, this coaster offers a fast, balanced ride featuring the signature smoothness of B&M credits from the 2000s.
☝🏻 If there was one area for improvement on such a perfect ride, it was the distance between the visitors and the natural splashdown lake. You've to pay close attention (and use the most powerful of your camera's zoom) because getting a close-up view is nearly impossible.

This true gem is "Il Lago del Sogno", located in the historic Fiabilandia park. It is a unique project from the 80s, a time when the versatile manufacturer Pinfari was experimenting in Europe with various formats to compete with the cutting-edge rides found in market-leading parks.
🎡 Pinfari designed a water-based dark ride system that repurposed elements from its roller coasters (such as the iconic dragon head seen on some powered coasters) while incorporating a significant storytelling element: the riders journey inside an Asian-inspired water dragon with the purpose of reach the Tree of Life, nestled within its depths.
☝🏻 What begins as a calm&pleasant ride quickly transforms into a dreamlike experience, especially for the younger guests.

This is the one-and-only Minibruco at Parco Giochi Santa Fe (Italy).
🎢 Created by the prolific @sbfvisagroup , it blends the Wacky Worm style (the trains) with the layout and system of a standard Visa spinning coaster ("8" shape), offering a much smoother experience without the gratuitous dizziness often found in Italian-made spinning coasters.
🙌🏻 I’ll be honest: during my ride, as you see in the photo, the train was missing the first car structure and struggled significantly to brake in the station, but I went around about fifteen times and really enjoyed the sunset experience at this tiny micro-park on Italy's east coast.

This is how the daring Eejanaika soars through the Japanese sky at Fuji-Q Highland. Following the recent, sad news regarding the closure of the controversial X2, this S&S 4th Dimension model (along with its much younger sibling, Dinoconda) will stand the test of time.
🎢 Personally, although I always found it the most intense of the three, I also found Eejanaika to be the most comfortable one, at least within the limits of comfort offered by a train that spins you on your own axis while hurtling through a good number of inversions at high speed.
☝🏻 With a layout that is simple yet effective, this 2006 coaster hopefully has many years of life ahead of it, remaining one of the most popular attractions at Fuji-Q.

This is The Riddler Revolution at the impressive @wbworldyasisland . Likely the best Disk'O Coaster @zamperlarides has produced to date.
🎡 This immersive, heavily themed version takes us inside a warehouse in Gotham City's industrial outskirts, where The Riddler will put us to the test with dizzying and high-speed twists.
☝🏻 The combination of lights, near-miss elements, smoke and audio creates a complete experience, one that leaves us wanting to ride again (a rarity for this type of flat ride, to be honest).
