How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.

From participant in 2019, to SPL in 2026, NYLT has been one of the most meaningful parts of my Scouting journey. Leaving hurts because this program has meant so much to me for so long.

Thank you, NYLT, for everything. 🩵🏜️ taken in Bovay Scout Ranch by @blokker05

Three years, three roles, and a very full heart!! Chapter Operations has shaped me into a stronger leader, a better Arrowman, and a more confident version of myself, and it’s truly been the most impactful thing I’ve ever done with my life. I love this lodge endlessly, and closing out my term with the Founder’s Award and receiving the Vigil Honor feels unreal, but the greatest honor has always been serving our chapters and the incredible people in them. Forever grateful, and thank you to Dustin and my adviser, Matt Bordelon, for believing in me. ♥️🪶 taken in Sam Houston Area Council, Scouting America by @blokker05
