The veils are thin today in this apocalypse where all is being revealed. Today is a significant day for sisterhood, recalling the burning times, our shared witch wound and the Divine Feminine which is rising by healing ourselves in community and not just reinforcing our trauma bonds.

If you’re reading this I’m sure you can see it all around you or are an active leader in birthing it in your unique way. Thank you.🙏

I invite you to place a hand on your heart call to mind a sister and dedicate this to her. I dedicate this to all the women in my life whom I’ve had the great privilege to know. Not all of us were friends but still each one has served my soul’s chosen curriculum as I hope I have served for you. And I love you.

I am grateful for you all.

I am grateful for the true meaningful sisterhood that YOU are and the Divine Feminine rising that you represent.

Part 4

The single most powerful and transformative question I’ve ever been asked:

NATALIE, DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF?

If you sit with that question yourself, what comes up for you? Perhaps a rational mental negotiation about the definition of love, or the selfish nature of loving oneself, or the times you were told you needed to earn love and approval, or the shame-bound identify that keeps you from even being able to ask what that might mean, or the fear of how you would be so vulnerably exposed if you really inspected and searched your heart for the answer…?

Or maybe, just maybe, the quiet voice of hope and truth that never left your side even through all you’ve been through that quietly yet consistently whispers…

…you are worthy of love, even now, never not, always, no matter what, you are loveable and worthy of love. ♾️🤍

If you can’t hear it, it would be my honour to serve as that voice until it’s all you hear!

Someone did this for me and it turned my life around. Since that day, I have dedicated my life to serving others in this way. It’s been two decades and I’m just getting started!

Are we able to be honest with our intentions and communications when we are ideologically captured?

Could we even recognize it if we were? Or does it require an adversary to help broaden our perspective?

Has our algorithm got hold of us to the point we cannot see the humanity in whole groups of people we’ve slowly been conditioned to hate because some sense of belonging has trumped our willingness to see the individual heart before us?

Does identity become the thing we cling to and defend above truth and personal integrity because we don’t know our eternal self?

When we build platforms and followings based on what we rail against versus what we wish to create, do we find enemies in places there are none? Are we creating those enemies to be able to hold our position and keep our following?

Are we simply repeating old patterns of accusation and condemnation, becoming the very thing we rail against and just replacing the characters in the story to keep the narrative going?

Can we have grown up conversations where people disagree but don’t make it mean that person is evil because you identify as good so that’s the only other label? Is there another option?

Friction holds possibility.
Nuance is intelligence.
Equanimity is power.
Truth needs no advocate.

Some thoughts I’m having this Thanksgiving. So much to be grateful for including a clear conscience and knowing who I am and what I stand for despite those who try to tell me otherwise. It’s nothing knew.

Never stop asking questions. Curiosity is a burning flame that holds truth and deception to the same light of scrutiny. Faith is incomplete if it’s not tested and checked. What burns is meant to go but what remains is real. Thats the crucible we need.

NO ONE is above reproach or scrutiny including and especially oneself.

May you have the awareness to see all there is to give thanks for in your life including yourself.

You’re the spell. Cast yourself. Make sure it’s the hero of your story. And don’t fall for that NPC dehumanizing BS. Everyone’s experience of life matters just as much to them as yours does to you. At that moment when we take a final bow and the curtain rises that one last time when you’re still in costume but no longer in character…? That’s when you’ll feel the applause and realize they were cheering for the real you all along.

I’m Natalie. Im a mother of reinvention. I grew up a pastor’s daughter. I’ve lived in 5 different countries. I’ve been a professional athlete. I was a coach and teacher. I’m a mother. I’m a wife. I am a ceremony and workshop leader. I am a lover of art. I’m a powerhouse. Im in a hall of fame- twice. I’m a speaker. I’ve healed myself of an autoimmune condition. I’m a circle facilitator. I’m an excellent friend to many. I’m have a charitable heart. I care about people. I am a sister and daughter and aunt. I am a model. I am a healer. I am an author currently writing my first book. I’m so much more but you get the point.

When you get to walk the runway with real life survivors, when you get to be in a room with a thousand generous hearts and brilliant minds who won’t give up the fight, when you get to make new friends and co-create exciting experiences, when you get to collaborate with some of the most talented artists, designers and producers in the industry- you haven’t arrived, you’re just getting started!

Life is a dancefloor and if you’re here then you’ve got moves left in you yet! We aren’t promised another day or another stage other than this one right here and now, I hope you leave it all out there! 🪩

Shout out to the power of the sacred feminine rising, sisterhood support, speaking your spells and fearlessly going for it….

Two years ago I was on stage teaching at a women’s festival when I first met @christine2786 I was immediately drawn to her magnetic energy and how she marched to her own beat. (My kinda people)

Last year as we became friends she introduced me to the incredibly talented and creative force that is @nagijams at their concert at @thehandsomedaughter and while we danced together she whispered, “I going to be on stage with that band”. I recall loving her audacity to declare such a wish and I had no doubt it would come to pass. (Law of Assumption = assuming the wish fulfilled).

When she joined Conscious Creator’s Collective this year and we shared our Big Audacious Goal (BAG) with one another, she courageously told the group of her vision. (Amplifying the energy of manifestation through recruiting others to hold your vision absent jealousy or evil eye- only co-conspiring in seeing you succeed!)

Last night this sisterhood got to witness the birth of a goddess!! She lit up the stage! Singing, dancing and playing the Tibetan bowl, oboe, and even the slide whistle! So fun!

This is what we are here for. To support each other’s dreams, to cheer each other on and to show up in celebration of each other’s successes not just commiseration. (Gratitude as the anchor of the new highest timeline and celebration of courage that gives us all permission to go for it in our own lives)

We are healing the sister-wound in relationship because the REVOLUTION IS RELATIONAL! Everything is a relationship and a reflection of your primary relationship to yourself. What you desire is waiting for you to know yourself from a new perspective that a sisterhood can offer.

Abundantly grateful to wear exquisite designs of @fashionikwe & @annemulaire, two incredibly talented Métis designers featured in @mmfmichiflanguage Conference.
This event was exciting with so many young stunning indigenous models who were just as beautiful on the inside & welcomed me with deep conversation, positive attitude, strong work ethic & professionalism.
It’s always an honour to get to see what 30 years between women looks like from my vantage point, remembering how it felt to have once been that girl with all those uncertainties & dreams, now all these seasons later, still dreamin’ big & getting to live it too in spite of stories that come up just to make things worth the challenge of overcoming yet again. I guess it’s a dance we do with life for as long as we are here.

And the catwalk is no joke yo! It reveals everything! There’s no hiding under all those lights & eyes. The specific blend of courage it takes to be seen & pride to show off an indigenous artists creations results in one powerfully humbling experience! We get one shot on this grand stage to go for it!

Some tricky things to navigate like turning in long trains while in heels, last minute wardrobe malfunctions (thank goodness for double-sided tape), unforeseeable surprises & quick-thinking solutions from team-oriented sisters there for each other. Perhaps part of me was overly focussed on “helping” ease someone else’s first time jitters & not slipping on my train that I stepped on HER train! Ooof! Here I’m thinking I’ve “arrived” as a seasoned pro & then mess up just before the finish line! Very grateful for @d_andreanne our gracious & fearless leader for her quick, chill & kind response & to @manitobareddeer for her runway & real life elegance, gentleness & beauty of spirit! The show must go on!

This is just the start of the trajectory for these young people & they are living symbols of the future to look forward to now! Give them a follow to show your support.

Nothing like a sunny day, a sea of pink and a proper girl dance party with my Conscious Creators Crew to wrap up a beautiful summer! @girlsbrunchvibes stage was absolutely lit and the lineup including my girl @hollygolightydj held it waaay down with the Bass & Drums root chakra medicine grit. Not a face was left un-stanked. Hot damn!! 🔥 We were doing the lord’s twerk on Sunday. Thanks for taking us to church ladies!! You had me sweating 🙌
