Shoutout to everyone who ran the Chicago Marathon! Perfect day to get those miles in!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get picked this year 😩😂 But it’s all good… maybe next year!!!

Sometimes nighttime is the only time to get that run in. No excuses, just making it happen. The grind doesn’t stop just because the sun goes down.

This Medal Monday hit different! It’s been a crazy summer. I’m 6 months into my run journey.

I met a lot of dope people! I lost a lot of weight! Hit a couple PR’s! Ran a couple 5k races, some just for the love no medals. 10k and a Half marathon 😩. Joined two run clubs. I’m rockin with the whole community!

It’s just the beginning. A lot more to come 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 #MedalMonday #medalmonday🏅 #chicagorunner #chicagohalfmarathon #chicago taken in Chicago, IL by @blones23
