Bloom Canyon Summer Camp part 2 🌈🌺🌹🍓🍰🌿🪡

Sharing the botanical cake we made from scratch and then decorated with edible flowers we harvested from the garden, the beautiful foraging pouches (wooden and wool gnomes were made to fit in the outside pocket). Lots of play, songs, games in the garden. Thankful to have had Ms. Erin there for the week. Not only is she an amazing, talented and kind spirit so loved by the children but she is also a great friend and someone I enjoy spending time with which is so important!

My motto: manifest doing what you love surrounded by people by you enjoy being around and you will never work a day in your life! 🤗🧚🏽‍♀️

Getting to work with children, teaching herbalism and botanical cooking is a real joy for me.

Thank you thank you.
I love your children and love learning from them each day! 🥰🩵💚🧡✨

Bloom Canyon Herbal Maker’s Camp part 1 😇✨🌈🌱💫💧🍑

What an absolutely wonderful time we had together…walking the land, mindfully harvesting, doing plant ID, making rose-blackberry leaf dill pickles, sewing foraging bags, making golden elixir drops, peach oxymel, green healing balm, field guides we collected our samples and recipes into, a rose- hibiscus infused botanical layer cake and daily herbal infused shaved ice before we did slip n slide! 💦🍒🍓
Part 2 to follow 🤗🧡
I love seeing the kids on campus now that we are back to school and having them ask “When is the next camp?” 🥹💓 I can’t wait either!

Burst into tears hearing the news that Dolly has left us. 🦋 A true icon and star in every sense. My idol for her talents and humor as well as her philanthropy.
Sharing here my memories of meeting her in the 90’s and visiting Nashville for her 50th anniversary of performing with Grand Ole Opry.
Heaven has gained an angel. 🪽

Cannot believe this day is here…🎉Jasper and Tallulah’s last FIRST day of going to school together as he is a SENIOR 😱 and she is a JUNIOR!

Yes that’s right, there’s two upperclassmen in the house and if you check out the second photo, you can see the back of my car now has a third conservatory added to the mix as Tallulah is in dual conservatories for Acting and Visual Arts 🤩🩷 and Jasper continuing in Design & Media.

This fall, she is taking theatre acting- her teacher was recently in Oppenheimer (!), third year of Mandarin, some AP classes, digital photography, art & design.
Jasper is taking a fun mix of urban sketching, digital design/art, ceramics, financial algebra, media storytelling, body conditioning, government & economics. 🤗

Added in here, the first days and special moments of school from preschool, kindergarten and first grade for Jasper!
Can’t believe he is now in 12th. Kinda blows my mind how quickly it goes by. 💚

beautiful time spent mermaiding on lionsgate ♾️🐬💧✨ with dolphins at top of the cove for most of it.

A magical portal excellent for water ritual and manifestation. ✨🧜‍♀️🪞

Received a dreamy vibrational medicine download that was straight from the selkies 🩵🩵🩵

Harvested 65 (!!) today…gonna make some sorbet and icecream, more mousse, meringue and agua fresca!
Getting into more herbal concoctions too beyond the tinctures I’ve made from the vines and the flowers…thinking shrub and Oxymel.
Thankfully we happen to love passionfruit- it’s our favorite fruit- so we have been eating like 3-4 a day each of us and also have been loving sharing with our friends, traded some for delicious avocados! 😍✨🌈💚
