✨ Short Box Abs + Spear a Fish

• Flat Back
• Round Back
• Oblique Twist
• Twist + Reach (Roll Down)
• Spear a Fish

I like to cue this series in this sequence, as it builds up to the spear a fish movement by slowly adding all of the coordination together.
Focus: core stability, spinal articulation, oblique activation, control
