The best way to get yourself booked? Make yourself an easy yes by focusing on AUDIENCE TAKEAWAYS on your speaker applications, instead of “all about me”.

I can’t tell you how many speaker applications I got where everything they wrote had nothing to do with the Conference topic or how they could serve the audience.

One thing I took home from the Bloom Conference that has stayed with me was @sweet2elite saying “ask God for exactly what you want.” Because if you don’t know what you want… you’ll get whatever.

That hit me deeply because lately I’ve been working on getting my audacity back. The faith to ask boldly. The courage to desire without fear of disappointment.

Mark 11:24 reminded me that God already gave us authority to speak to situations, pray with expectation, and move in faith. My job is to ask, believe, and do my part. God’s will is always working for my good. 🤍 by @bloomconlive

not lookin crazyyy while speaking, so we have better pics to choose from 🤣 (i can’t explain how weirddd it is for my semi type A ass to be in front of the cam with no control of what content we’re getting 🙃😂) speaking of…

Last week at @bloomconlive my girl @mzskittlez asked me to speak on community. And let me tell you, I dropped some tea 🫖 👇

Not every room is a safe room.
Not every “community” is actually collaborative.
And not every network is built on integrity, reciprocity & genuine support.

Who you surround yourself with matters.

The right community won’t make you feel like there’s a clique of “important people” at the top while everyone else fights to be seen.

The right room values:
✨ every voice
✨ every perspective

Because REAL community is built by women who:
