I wish you could smell these scenes. One minute the sky was perfect and the next it was like this… but oh so beautiful. No matter how hard companies try to imitate scent.. this is one they will never get right

Sometimes we need validation that we matter… sometimes we need to remind ourselves that no one can do that job for us… no matter how many selfies I post or take, if my heart don’t change then nothing does. I’ve seen my appearance change over the years with new wrinkles and more aches and pain. But what I know is that under it all it’s still me…and I think … an older model but a classic! 😉…Heart matters More! by @bloomingartiste

What I see is a tree Full of HEARTS ♥️. The last picture shows it more clearly. If you give Love you will surely receive Love… maybe, maybe not… but the giving is still beautiful

Sometimes the only word that describes my emotions is “Fuck”. Yes, you read that correctly! If my mom was alive I would expect my mouth to be washed out with soap and water.
But what changes the emotions is this “Thank You God”
I spent most of my free time this week scrolling and binge watching a series. I spent too much time licking my wounds… sorta speak
We all know the right way to think and the right things to do but a bad experience can become a bad hour/day/month/year etc… but know that God can change that. I am witness to it. Today I am more than grateful for the daughters I was blessed to raise. Grateful for friends that came into my life and sometimes grateful for the ones that have left. Am I okay…. I used to say .. No, but I will be.. today I can say I am Okay!! Getting outside and thanking God for all that IS!!!

Life is beautiful even when “life” isn’t so beautiful. These pictures will always remind me of how time spent in nature can heal! Breathing is better. Thinking is clearer! This could be my new favourite place… next to the ocean. Promise .. the next time I’m here, I’ll be taking a dip in this beautiful water

Some messy shots… Reflections don’t lie
What do you see when you look in the mirror? Sometimes who I see looking back at me is Messy. I can see traces of bitterness, guilt, shame, regret, … I try to make my posts more than just pictures and try to tie a life lesson in with it. I have shared lots on here and have been very vulnerable. Reason being… we all put on a pretty face, present a happy life to the world, all is good attitude… and I do love that too. Positivity is growth and a super power. But I post to let you know bad days are also ok. It’s like taking 100
Shots and only one that you’re pleased with. It’s totally normal to have sad/bad days. Sit with the grief, sit with the emotions. What’s important is to feel it, figure it out and move forward, make better decisions… as if getting a second chance to take that same shot again.. tweak the camera settings.
I have had some hard days and sometimes I sit here too long dwelling and second guessing…but if I truly scrutinize my life… I see miracles, I see Gods hand guiding me. I am blessed beyond measure and I can look in my mirror and also see a soul that God loves and is refining everyday.
