What happens when a parent says, “I’m concerned about my child’s grades”?
At Blooming Kids House, we listen and get to work.

This Texas Bloomer has been learning with us for two years, making progress along the way. But this semester, her parents raised concerns about her grades.

Her First Grade target is 100 sight words for the whole year. Less than two months in, Tireni already knows 90!

When our Texas bloomer joined Blooming Kids House in preschool, sitting still for lessons was a challenge, and she didn’t enjoy writing.
We kept showing up, with patience, care, consistent support, and parents who trusted the process.
Now, her school teacher describes her as a strong reader, with high average achievement in maths. Her class has covered 25 sight words, but Tireni already recognises 90!

Ready to become a Blooming tutor?

Our HR system at Blooming Kids House has been upgraded, with an automated recruitment process from registration and assessment through the steps required to become a certified Blooming tutor. Human interaction comes in at the microteaching and interview stages.

The instructions are clear, and there are no shortcuts. Simply register, complete each requirement and follow the instructions carefully.

Once you’ve completed the process, please be patient. You’ll be contacted when a suitable teaching offer becomes available. Completing the process does not mean an immediate placement.

For everyone who has sent me a DM about joining our team, I don’t check my DMs regularly. Please apply through our website so your application goes through the proper process.

From online connections to real-life hugs, selfies, dancing, and TWO awards, Saturday was beautiful! 💃🏽

It was a joy to serve as Bloom Ambassador and keynote speaker at the Teachers of Purpose Conference, themed “Bloom Beyond Limits.”

I shared how teachers can use AI and technology to solve real problems, create valuable products, and build businesses that can grow into legacies, with Blooming Kids House as my case study.

But seeing teachers looking radiant, celebrating one another, and changing the narrative about our profession? That made my heart full!
