A little bit about me 🤍

I’m Hannah, a former professional dancer turned Personal Trainer, and the person behind Bloomwithhan.

Movement has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, but my relationship with my body, food and exercise hasn’t always been a healthy one.

That’s a big part of why I coach the way I do today.

I believe training should make you feel strong, confident and connected to your body, not like something you have to do to earn your food or punish yourself.

I’m passionate about helping women build strength, find consistency, feel confident in the gym and create a relationship with movement and food that actually feels good.

Because you deserve to live a life that’s about so much more than how your body looks 🌿

Staying consistent and motivated becomes so much easier when you learn how to BALANCE your life 🤍

You can prioritise your goals, show up for yourself, train hard, nourish your body and still enjoy dinners out, spontaneous plans, lazy mornings and all the little things that make life beautiful.

You don’t have to choose between reaching your goals and living your life.

It’s not about being perfect 100% of the time. It’s about finding a way of living that allows you to enjoy the journey, stay consistent and create habits you can actually maintain.

Work hard, have fun, make memories and remember to LIVE. Balance is what makes it sustainable 🌷#findingbalance #liveyourlife #makememories #prioritiseyourself #balanceyourlife by @bloomwithhan

Happy World Ballet Day 🤍

Forever grateful for the art form that has shaped so much of who I am. Ballet has taught me far more than just how to dance. It has taught me discipline, resilience, dedication, patience, strength and the beauty of constantly striving to grow.

It has brought some of the most incredible people into my life, given me opportunities and experiences I will cherish forever, and shaped the way I see the world.

For every lesson, every stage, every challenge, every friendship and every moment of magic, I am endlessly grateful.

The years may pass, the stages may change, but the love and passion for this art form will stay with me for an eternity 🩰 #happyworldballetday #worldballetday #ballet #passion #art by @bloomwithhan

We all have dreams 😅🫶🏻✨ by @bloomwithhan

Maybe you’re not undisciplined. Maybe you’ve just become really good at putting yourself last!!

You show up for your job, your family, your friends and every other responsibility life throws at you. But when it comes to your own health, goals and happiness, you’re always the one who gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

The good news? Your patterns aren’t your personality.

Through neuroplasticity, your brain can adapt and learn throughout your life. The thoughts you practise, the habits you repeat and the actions you take can all help shape new ways of responding.
You don’t need to change everything overnight. You need to start making small promises to yourself and practising keeping them.

Stop waiting for motivation. Stop believing that because you’ve struggled before, you’ll always struggle.

You are allowed to become someone new 🤍

Save this as your reminder that change starts with what you practise today.

If you’re constantly starting over, maybe you don’t need more discipline… maybe you need a plan that actually fits your life 🤍

I don’t believe in giving every woman the same workout, the same structure or the same expectations.

Every one of my clients has a different program because every woman has different goals, schedules, experience, bodies and lives.

Your training should support you, not overwhelm you.

You shouldn’t have to wait for the “perfect week” to be consistent. Your plan should work with your busy days, your social life, your energy and the seasons of life you’re in.

The goal isn’t to keep starting over.

It’s to build something you can actually stick with ✨
