Key word here: RUN. 🤪
You’re constantly flipping between running toward something, against something, or away from something.

So when it comes to bringing your vision to life…
which direction are you currently running?

A look into our June Paint & Sip at @mezajcoffee.us ☕🎨

Every gathering has its own rhythm. Some are lively, some are quiet, but each one is a reminder that creativity has a wonderful way of bringing people together.

Thank you to everyone who shared the afternoon with us. It was a joy getting to know you and guiding you to create something beautiful that was uniquely yours.

To join us for the next one, we'll be back at Mezaj on August 4. We'd love to create with you. 💕

It is a choice not to let hardship erase our ability to see the goodness that still exists.

Sometimes the greatest act of resilience is simply noticing the beauty that exists alongside the darkness. More often than we realize, that single act of noticing becomes the thread that begins to pull us through life's toughest times.

📸 Looking back on our May afternoon at @mezajcoffee.us 🍋 ☕🎨 No two paintings are ever exactly alike, even when everyone starts with the same design. I think there's something beautiful about that.

Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make our time at Mezaj feel so warm, welcoming, and full of creativity. It was a joy seeing each of your paintings come to life.

✨️ Scroll to the end to see everyone's finished artwork. 💕

The words we choose matter. They become our beliefs, our habits, and eventually, our reality. 🌱✨

Conversations we have with ourselves become the lens through which we experience the world.

How would your world change if you spoke to yourself with the same patience, encouragement, and grace you freely offer the people you love?

33 taught me the future isn't something we discover—it's something we create.

Grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every person I've met along the way, and every version of myself that helped shape who I am today.

Here's to another year of creating, building, learning, and becoming. ✨

In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, creating spaces for people to slow down feels more important than ever.

It's one of the reasons I felt called to create @aeonbloomstudio events in my own community.

Every person carries a story you'll never fully know, except for the pieces they choose to share.

When they arrive, the heavier parts are allowed to rest for a few hours.

The deadlines, responsibilities, worries, and roles carried every day briefly fade into the background.

People become curious again.

And for a brief moment, our paths intersect through color, creativity, coffee, and conversation.

There is something grounding about getting to create a small part of someone else's story while they become a small part of yours.

Excited for the next event on June 23. ☕️🎨✨️

Every bloom beneath the sun may have seemed impossible to a seed beneath the ground.

Like a seed, we cannot allow our limited perspective to keep us from our greatest potential.

Every dream that came true had to begin as a thought, as a possibility.
Keep nurturing what you're building.
Take each step at whatever pace you can.
Give yourself plenty of grace.

Because if it's important to you,
it is worth bringing to life.
The impossible has a way of becoming reality. ✨🌱
