There was a season when I felt broken.

Not just tired.
Not just disappointed.
Broken.

But as I’ve been reading Daniel, God has been reminding me that being broken doesn’t mean being finished.

Daniel was displaced.
The Hebrew boys went through the fire.
Nebuchadnezzar was humbled.
Belshazzar looked like he had everything, yet something was deeply wrong within.

Different battles. Different circumstances.
But God was present in every chapter.

And maybe that’s what I needed to remember:

I may feel broken, but I am not finished.
I may be in a battle, but I am not alone.
God is still writing my story.

“We’ve been talking about BREAKTHROUGH… but here’s what I want you to remember:

Your breakthrough does not come from your own strength.

God’s anointing empowers you to walk into what you could never accomplish on your own.

What looks impossible to you is possible with God. 🙌🏾

Don’t give up on what God has placed in your heart.

There is anointing for what He has called you to do.

Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”

A PRAYER FOR DEEPER TRUST

Father,😌
Teach me to trust You more deeply when my faith is being tested.
When I don’t understand what You are doing, help me trust who You are.
When the answer hasn’t come yet, help me remain faithful.
When fear tells me to retreat, give me the courage to move forward in faith.
Lord, help me not only to say that I believe Your promises, but to live like I believe them.

Let my decisions reflect my trust in You.
Let my actions reflect my faith.
Let my patience reflect my confidence in Your timing.
And let my life testify that You are faithful, even in the waiting.

Give me spiritual wisdom to recognize what You are doing in this season. Help me not to make decisions from fear, pressure, or uncertainty, but from a heart that is anchored in You.
I may not know how it will all work out, but I know You are faithful.

So today, I choose to trust You again.

Amen. 🙏🏾

Welcome back to me! 😂🙌🏾💗

I’ve truly missed you all! I had to take a little mental break, slow down, breathe, and simply give myself permission to pause. And honestly… I’m grateful I did.

But I’m BACK! 🙌🏾 And what better day to return than September 1st! 🍂✨

And 🤫🤭… IT’S MY BIRTHDAY MONTH! 🎂🥳💙

As I step back into this space, I’m reminded of what Her Grace Room is all about: giving ourselves and one another grace.

Life has a way of knocking us down sometimes. There are seasons when we need to step back, get quiet, regroup, and simply breathe.

But here’s the beautiful part:

Being down doesn’t mean you’re staying down.

There is grace to get back up.
Grace to begin again.
Grace to slow down.
Grace to grow.
Grace to become.

And this month, I’m also thinking about the importance of being spiritually wise.

Not just knowing about God, but learning to recognize His voice, discern His direction, understand His Word, and walk with wisdom in the decisions we make.

Daniel 12:3 says:
“Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens…”

That verse is speaking to me in this season.

I don’t just want to grow older this month, I want to grow wiser spiritually. I want my life to reflect what I’m learning from God, and I want that wisdom to become a light for someone else.

So this September, I’ll be reading through the Book of Daniel—slowing down, soaking it in, reflecting, and allowing the Lord to show me what He wants me to see.

Maybe you need that too.

Maybe this month isn’t about doing more.
Maybe it’s about getting still enough to hear God again.

Not every difficult season is just a bad day. Sometimes the enemy is working overtime to distract you, discourage you, and convince you to give up.

The enemy wants to steal your peace, kill your hope, and destroy your faith. He does not want you to walk into the purpose God has prepared for you.

Stay alert.🚨 🚨

Guard your heart. Stay in the Word. Pray even when you don’t feel like it. Worship before you see the breakthrough.

Don’t allow temporary battles to make you forget God’s eternal promises. The attack may be real, but so is the victory that belongs to those who remain faithful.

Today, choose to stand firm. God has not abandoned you, and what He has promised, He is faithful to fulfill.

Some days, life feels effortless.

Other days, it feels like showing up is an act of faith.

There will be mornings or even days when you’re tired or you’re misunderstood. Moments when you wonder are my prayers making a difference.

Get up anyway.
Pray anyway.
Love anyway.
Encourage anyway.
Show up anyway.

Not because everything feels perfect, but because God is working even when you cannot see it.

Your breakthrough may not arrive with a warning. ⚠️

Don’t let today’s feelings convince you to abandon tomorrow’s promise.

Faithfulness today may be preparing the ground for the breakthrough you’ve been praying for.

Surrender Your Doubts and Fears

The burdens you carry were never meant to be carried alone. Lay them at His feet. Trust Him with the questions, the uncertainties, and the things you cannot control.
