A note on one chapter of my story:

During the years I lived in Vietnam, I became deeply curious about spirituality, consciousness and energy work. I studied Reiki and Pranic Healing under a Hindu master who travelled to Vietnam to teach, and I spent time learning about energy, intention and what was described to me as quantum healing.

I share this because it was an important part of my journey, but my understanding of it today is different.

What I believe most deeply now is in the power of the conscious mind. To me, consciousness is a divine capacity that already exists within every one of us. I no longer believe that power belongs to a symbol or outside of us. That’s just my experience to conclude.

I believe the deeper ability lies within us; in focused awareness, intention, presence and the mind’s capacity to direct energy and attention. Even across distance, I believe focused consciousness can carry intention in ways we may not yet fully understand.

We should not seek outside of ourselves for power. And learn to recognize, develop and unlock what is already within us.

We may be far more capable than we have been taught to believe.

DON’T SELL YOURSELF SHORT — KNOW YOUR WORTH

Never diminish your worth simply because others fail to recognize your value. A diamond does not lose its brilliance in the hands of someone who mistakes it for glass.

True wisdom lies in understanding the difference between humility and self-diminishment. Humility allows you to grow, while self-diminishment teaches you to settle for less than you deserve.

Know your value, honour your gifts, and never compromise your self-respect for the sake of acceptance or validation.

You do not need to prove your worth to everyone. Your value is not determined by another person’s perception, approval, or inability to see your potential.

Self-worth is not arrogance. It is the quiet confidence of knowing who you are, what you bring to the table, and when to walk away from anything that asks you to become less.

The right people will recognize your value, but true empowerment begins when you no longer depend on their recognition.

Never sell yourself short to fit into someone else’s limitations. Your worth was never theirs to define.

A little glimpse of how I spent yesterday Thanksgiving. 🍂🎭

Inspired by the sophistication of the Art Deco era of the 1920s and 1930s, this editorial captures a world of geometric beauty, rich textures, metallic accents, and theatrical expression.

In fusion with regal and enigmatic inspired, the mask evokes the Venetian masquerade atmosphere of Stanley Kubrick’s Eyes Wide Shut (1999) — a world of secrecy, intrigue, concealed identities, and psychological allure.

What makes this setting particularly special is that it is actually a beautifully designed barn interior. An unexpected fusion of rustic architecture and sophisticated contemporary design, featuring royal-blue velvet furnishings, geometric glass details, warm metallic accents, and artistic decorative elements.

THE CONCEPT
The Model & The Mask explores the fascinating contrast between appearance and identity — what we choose to reveal, what we conceal, and the mystery that exists beneath the surface.

What began as a fun, spontaneous suggestion to take a photograph turned into an unexpected editorial moment.

BEHIND THE SCENES | TESLA MEDICINE ⚡

A little sneak peek as I prepare for another Tesla Medicine session.

Currently exploring frequency-based technologies and documenting my personal observations while working with Robert William (Bob) Connolly, award-winning author, public speaker, and documentary filmmaker behind Tesla’s Medicine: The Universal Fluid.

Bob has also been involved with Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.), an organization exploring consciousness, spirituality, and holistic wellness.

Beyond observing these technologies, I also had the opportunity to share a brief glimpse of my personal energy-healing practice with Bob, incorporating techniques I learned through Internal Creation and using quartz crystal with the intention of amplifying the energy during our session.

Interestingly, Bob refers to me as “The Frequency Therapist,” although only a select few within my close circle are familiar with my personal journey into energy healing. ⚡

An intriguing exchange of experiences and perspectives, bringing together energy, frequency, vibration, ancient spiritual practices, and emerging wellness technologies.

A beautiful Monday evening at @aera.restaurant for an intimate Giusti Wine experience with @bottlesandbarrelsinc, surrounded by the Toronto skyline, sunset, beautiful Italian cuisine and exceptional wine.

It was a pleasure spending the evening with a wonderful group, including Marcel Bregstein (@bregsteinm ), sommelier, wine personality and host of the upcoming PBS series The World’s Greatest Wine Trips with Marcel Bregstein, his wife Elayne Bassett of @profilewinegroup, and Nicholas Reichenbach (@nicholasreichenbach), founder of @flow.

The evening featured wines from @giusti_wine and brought together such an interesting mix of people, conversation and ideas.

Between the wine, food, atmosphere and conversations around water, wellness, craftsmanship, design and innovation, it was one of those evenings where different worlds naturally came together.

Sometimes the best opportunities begin simply by being at the right table with the right people.
