A little self-care moment for the mamas. 🤎

For our first Mama’s Dinner, we wanted every woman to leave feeling celebrated, and @nemah.co made that even sweeter by gifting our mamas their Body Firming Serum and Soothing Skin Spray.

Because motherhood deserves moments where we pour a little love back into ourselves, too.

Enjoy 15% off your order with code BLOSSOMHER. 🤎

Thank you, @nemah.co, for being part of the experience and showing our mamas some love. 🫶🏽

Sometimes, all a mama needs is a little village to remember who she is that girl. 🤎 That’s why I created BlossomHer. A space for moms to connect, grow, make friends, and find themselves again in motherhood.

Because mama, you deserve a village too. 🫶🏽

I’ve always been a heart first kind of girl. And I don’t think that’s ever changing. 🤎
I’m learning that leading with your heart also means having the discipline to show up for what you believe in, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

That’s the balance I’m learning to lean into. 💗 Are you a heart first kind of person too?

Girl, listen. You matter and you are more than enough. Here’s your reminder because you’ve obviously forgotten. 💋

Who else felt like they never got the full story about motherhood? 😅

Welcome to Work and Chisme. I work. I yap. You get the real talk. Tell me in the comments: what did nobody warn you about? 👇

Send help! 🆘

Thirty days. 📆 Have you kept up?

It’s wild how choosing yourself, even something small, a five minute break, ten minutes of quiet, changes you. Once you do it a few times, you can’t go back. 👁️

I want a life that’s aligned, intentional, mine. I just want to live in the moment and lean into who I actually am. Ashley? Yea she’s Living life on her own terms.💋

What would you do with thirty days of you?

Sometimes we have to be reminded that we matter too. Motherhood can be hard and you don’t have to earn rest.

Tag a mama who needs this today. And if you want this kind of reminder every week, that’s exactly what we do inside the BlossomHer Collective Village.🩷✨

There’s something special about finding women who just get it. 🤎

The laughs, the meet ups, the “girl, I get you” moments. That’s the kind of community BlossomHer is.

If you’ve been looking for your people, come find us. 🫶🏽

Rebecca said it best in our last workshop: “your intuition opens up portals that fear cannot take you.” Sit with that.

How often do you already know the answer, then let fear talk you out of trusting yourself?

Save this for the next time you start second guessing what you already know. 🌸 by @blossomhercollective

Twenty-one days of choosing myself out loud, and now I’m thinking about you. 🩷

Your turn, mama. Tu esencia. Your beauty. Your softness. Your joy. You.

What would choosing yourself out loud look like for you?

Comment if you’re ready to choose yourself too. 🌸 by @blossomhercollective
