A little self-care moment for the mamas. 🤎

For our first Mama’s Dinner, we wanted every woman to leave feeling celebrated, and @nemah.co made that even sweeter by gifting our mamas their Body Firming Serum and Soothing Skin Spray.

Because motherhood deserves moments where we pour a little love back into ourselves, too.

Enjoy 15% off your order with code BLOSSOMHER. 🤎

Thank you, @nemah.co, for being part of the experience and showing our mamas some love. 🫶🏽

If we gotta go down that route u know u did bad 😔 #cousinmemes by @ashhamplified

I’ve always been a heart first kind of girl. And I don’t think that’s ever changing. 🤎
I’m learning that leading with your heart also means having the discipline to show up for what you believe in, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

That’s the balance I’m learning to lean into. 💗 Are you a heart first kind of person too?

Who else felt like they never got the full story about motherhood? 😅

Welcome to Work and Chisme. I work. I yap. You get the real talk. Tell me in the comments: what did nobody warn you about? 👇

Send help! 🆘

Thirty days. 📆 Have you kept up?

It’s wild how choosing yourself, even something small, a five minute break, ten minutes of quiet, changes you. Once you do it a few times, you can’t go back. 👁️

I want a life that’s aligned, intentional, mine. I just want to live in the moment and lean into who I actually am. Ashley? Yea she’s Living life on her own terms.💋

What would you do with thirty days of you?

Sometimes we have to be reminded that we matter too. Motherhood can be hard and you don’t have to earn rest.

Tag a mama who needs this today. And if you want this kind of reminder every week, that’s exactly what we do inside the BlossomHer Collective Village.🩷✨

Maybe choosing yourself looks different than you thought.

I saw @monicastylemuse say, “Post the content that aligns with who you are at your core,” and whew, that made me think.

I’m still figuring out who I am in this season, but I know I’m remembering the girl I was before life got so serious.

More laughter.
More freedom.
More dreaming.
More me. 🤎

✨✨32, and finally sitting with everything I’ve built instead of brushing past it.

🙌🏼 A whole week of celebrating me. Nineteen days and I’m still choosing me. Life can be chaotic trying to juggle it all but it’s on my terms.

If I can do this, I can do anything. 🤍
