ACNE SUCKS.

I struggled with acne for 5 years. Acne is visible to everyone around you, you try to convince yourself that it doesn’t matter. But truly it does, it hurts, it doesn’t make you feel pretty, it makes you feel dirty, it is hard to hide… therefore it can take a toll on your mental health. I tried everything to get rid of my acne and I was always considered a “healthy” person, but nothing worked. I have countless pictures I never shared, because my acne was so bad. So here I am coming clean, giving you hope. YOU CAN HEAL YOUR ACNE. by @blossomingbrook

journal entry !

feeling a bit more depleted & tired than I’d like, but I am grateful I can slow down and give myself grace.

started pelvic floor physical therapy and each session is a complete emotional physical processing day - my body is incredible and has been through a lot so having this day of rest after therapy has been amazing and exhausting all at once. I can’t wait to move and connect with my body through movement again! my goal is to get back into volleyball again & nature hikes!! Anyone wanna be my hiking buddy?

mentally noticing more brain fog lately, I got my HTMA results back and finally got my custom mineral blend and my body always loves utilizing the minerals, but as I titrate them in I get sleepy! (My body’s way of repairing & soaking up the nutrients)

somedays of homeschool are incredible other days I wonder what I got myself into 😅

we are getting ready to move and I can definitely feel the stress creeping in, but overall I’m still feeling really positive and joyful about this next chapter.

I completed a 30 day Instagram challenge and it was so cool to see myself be so consistent, but I have a really hard time with this platform and definitely want to figure out how to create more connection? still learning so many things about running a business and using Instagram to market & frankly I just feel a bit over it haha I miss the days when instagram was only for connection!!!

looooots of meditation and self reflection during this time and honestly I’m so proud of myself for how well I’ve been doing this postpartum so far!
