These past 4 days of being your mommy have been the most rewarding days of my life. I’ve never done anything that’s felt this right. I can’t keep my eyes off you—my heart is so full and wide open because of you.

Bringing you into this world was a feeling I never want to come down from. Almost 8 hours of labor and 45 minutes of pushing could never compare to the overwhelming relief and happiness I felt holding you for the first time. My body did not fail you—and for that, I’m forever grateful.

I thank God for blessing me with you 10x over. I pray He continues to cover you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
