This is bigger than buying a home. This is about changing what’s possible for the next generation. ❤️🏡

This is exactly why I’ve made it my mission to place a special focus on our Polynesian community.

Seeing the happiness, pride and emotion when our people become homeowners hits differently.

Because it’s not just about handing over keys. It’s about breaking generational barriers and showing the next generation what’s possible.

When our young Polynesians see their aunties and uncles buying homes, building wealth and creating a better future for their families, it plants a seed.

It shows them that if their aunties and uncles can do it, they can too

Let’s change the norm, one family at a time! ❤️🏡 by @bluechip.property

Same mission. Sharper focus.

Bluechip Property has always been about helping everyday people build wealth through property,
But now, I’m making it personal.

I’m now going all-in on the people I resonate with most:
✅ Young investors figuring it all out
✅ Polynesian men & women who’ve never been told they belong in wealth conversations

Why?
Because I was both.
19, in a warehouse, no clue how property worked, just a dream and a payslip.
Today, I’ve helped create $9M+ in equity, been part of $600M+ in deals…
But I didn’t do it to keep the knowledge to myself.
This is about revolutionising the way our people think about ownership, success, and what’s possible.

Property is the tool - but belief is what we’re really building.

If you’re young or Polynesian and feel like no one’s ever shown you the game,

Welcome. This was built for you.

From guarantor loans to leveraging equity or simply helping with living expenses, there are several ways parents can give the next generation a head start.

The key is understanding the financial risks, protecting both parties and structuring things correctly.

Building generational wealth starts with having the right conversations. 📈 by @bluechip.property

Renting is “dead money”… or is it? 🏡👀

Buying can build equity. Renting can give you flexibility. Both come with trade-offs.

🏡 A $400,000 home loan could cost you nearly $900,000.

Most people focus on the purchase price, but what about the true cost of borrowing?

Here’s the breakdown at 6.25% p.a. over 30 years:

💰 Loan amount: $400,000
📅 Monthly repayments: $2,462.87
📈 Total interest: $486,633
🏦 Total repayments: $886,633

That’s more in interest than the amount you originally borrowed.

Understanding your mortgage is just as important as buying the right property.

💬 Did these numbers surprise you?

Figures assume a constant 6.25% rate, monthly principal-and-interest repayments, no extra repayments or offset, and exclude fees.

This time last year, forecasts suggested that Australian property prices could reach extraordinary heights by 2050📈

While recent discussions around negative gearing and potential policy changes may influence the pace of growth, the long-term fundamentals remain difficult to ignore.

Australia continues to face a significant housing supply shortage, while population growth and immigration are expected to place further pressure on housing demand.

Although growth is never guaranteed, the bigger picture remains the same.

Property investment has never been a short-term game. It’s about understanding the fundamentals, thinking long-term and building wealth over time. 🏡 by @bluechip.property

Buying a property is one thing. Buying with a clear strategy is another. 🏡
