A few hours before the show, I asked if we could play Sade’s “No Ordinary Love.”

We arranged it during soundcheck.

That same night, we played it live for the first time.

Captured in Copenhagen.

Video directed by Hannah Bertram

“No Ordinary Love (Copenhagen)” is out now on all streaming platforms. Full performance on YouTube. Link in bio.

‘Shadow and Silence’ is from Close To The Knife.

It’s cold, and he doesn’t care. He kissed her, lied, shut his eyes. Pride cracked. She ran.

Now it’s silence. Darkness. He screams inside. She looked away—he let her.

He still wonders. Hopes she shines. The night is long, but her light remains.

Blue Foundation‘s live shows are often bathed in a cold, hazy blue light with heavy reverb, pushing deconstructed electronic beats and thick bass straight into the air. In November, Blue Foundation will hold 4 special shows in China, with Xie Yugang supporting throughout.
